i think the wheels look ok but end up at £600 with rubber on - a tad pricey compared to secondhand
-
did you get a pm from DD a few days ago regarding the buy? Have things changed since then cos I thought it was ready to go?
-
Cheers to Hustler for the spoiler bits - got em eventually  but they did solve the problem. Cheers

What a marvellous invention  might try this on my front bumper nuts....spent over an hour getting blisters on my hands before giving up
-
Err.....If you put it onto the seat back angle adjuster how would you adjust the seat? Or have I got it completely wrong? How much are you paying for it FurkiG60?
-
just like biggerbigneil, I had the same problem and the dealer had to drill it out, damaging the alloy in the process! They paid for everything cos I insisted they had put the wheel on when the replaced the tyres. The problem is the original supplied Quantum locking nuts. They have a low yield rate and will give just at the edge which needs to contact the adaptor. I would advise anyone with this type of locking wheel nut to take them off while you can and replace with newer design quantum ones from VW.

How much is the original cassette holder worth?

MoonlightVR, thats not a photoshop job is it? I am severely tempted by those RC's should I ever spot a good value tyre and wheel package. How much did you pay? But every time I look at your car I want it!! Its a good job I don't live near yous..........

looks very clean I must say....The C looks good in white..but IMHO I wouldn't overdo it

you need to speak to Gavin (H100 VW) on this forum - his looms are very good quality and he has many positive comments. I've got one of his looms on mine and they are a revelation.
-
  Er sorry mate!
-
check you have both fans working - there should be a rubber belt connecting the passive fan to the motorised fan but I suspect there's a lot of C's out there that have had theirs degraded and fallen off thus only cooling half of the radiator. The thing is its difficult to pick-up because it may only cause a subtle increase in both temps

Agree with VR6, , in the end of the day, there's no point having 100W Xenon bulbs if youre only getting a weedy sub 12V trickle into them.....am I right Gavin?? Gavin? where are you Gavin?..........
