Found out that my auxiliary drive belt ( the one connecting the accessory radiator fan to the main fan) is missing - putting one fan out of action with obvious cooling difficulties. Trawled through Bentley and ETKA and identified two main belts associated with the VR cooling system: 1. Drive belt as described above ( called the V Belt in Bentley!) part no 1H0 119 137 A 2. Ribbed V Belt part no.021 145 933C can someone intelligent confirm that I am on the right track here? If anyone's replaced the 'drive belt' - howmuch? cheers

Definately drive it!! Is it M or N registered ( or even P?)

I have to agree with Rodders I'm afraid. In any case, vague 'back pains' won't get you anything

yeah, Kev - I just used the guide from the CCGB -very straightforward - if you want any photos let me know because I'm taking it apart again to stick on a one way diode across the live wire cos Im getting reverse earth current feed which keeps my interior cabin light on!

THANKS Jedi - that is a great help :) :) £70 vs £21 - err......

fitted a Maplin's buzzer for the lights but it sounds awful - anyone know of a nicer sounding buzzer or even those ones that go 'bong-bong' as opposed to a continuous shrieking buzz??
-
Anyone just get sound only for the Top Gear clip?

five hours?????????

Supercharged, has got it right. Same problem in mine but be careful with the copper contacts - too much manipulation and you'll break them like I did SEE http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight= SEE ALSO http://the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight= Good Luck

This conversion is not street legal unless you have headlamp washers and the HID's are self levelling..................

As Kev says go for the spoiler control box first before ripping the back to pieces. I had exactly the same problem as you and when I opened mine up I found a burnt out piece of circuitry. If your control box is buggered try and source one second hand cos the stealers want a Lionheart's ransom for a new one

If he bought it thinking it was a Storm then he's an idiot. If he's tarted up that G reg and is passing it off as a Storm he's an idiot. Either way you look at it he's a knob.
