It's dead easy, I'd say borrow it if you like but it really only takes a couple of mins so if your ever this way just use it.

My accelerator seemed to be getting sticky over the last a day or two so last night I had a look to find it was due to the cable. Into the garage for my motorcycle cable oiler I forgot I had and some GT85 (not WD40 as it collects dirt) and it's silky smooth. This morning the car felt much more responsive and the pedal feel was great. The cable has obviously been sticking for a while as the accelerator pedal has never felt so good. Is the revving at a constant rpm or is it hunting? Hunting as I found can be due to intake air leaks - mine was the elbow. Another thing to do would be to clean the ISV as that could affect idle.

Having read the install instructions, my biggest worry now is attaching the unit to the VSS as I don't want it stopping my spoiler.

No sat nav but it can be added. I don't think I'd trust something called pumpkin, the sound quality may turn to **** after midnight.

Alpine unit ordered. Just hope its not too much of a ball ache to fit.

I recall trying to take the glove box out once and it seemed to jam on something, so I gave up before I broke it.

Sounds like I may need to get the pry bar out to stuff in the lead if I buy one.

Spotted Saturday near Pool Bank lights Otley, a very excited blue Corrado with mucho flashing lights, swerving and smiles. Likely to be Stretch off here as looked like his ride.

Thinking about treating myself and wondered if anyone fitted one in a Corrado and if any problems in doing so (other than blocking the 2 centre vents)? Any recommendations or ones to avoid? Any for sale?

The voltage is absolutely fine at 13.89. If you switch everything on (lights, heated rear, fogs etc) the voltage will drop to about 13 volts, but always over 12. When I had alternator issues it ran fine with everything off, but switching all on would drop to 11v and the battery would flatten.

I use the E30 arms and they need 22" blades, in fact the drivers side would manage a 23" blade. Top mod by the way for small outlay. [ATTACH=CONFIG]83456[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]83457[/ATTACH]
