Spoon fed tuning carbon scuttle cover and rain tray - SOLD
Ninjasean2005 replied to DANG60's topic in Parts for Sale
I could be interested in these. How does the rain tray fit to the car? I take it the scuttle uses the original screw holes?? Thanks Sean -
I sent my G60 front and rear calipers including carriers and it took about 4 weeks at the time I done mine, which was back in September. I was really pleased with the end product. It cost me about £280 which I thought was quite reasonable as they came back like new. The best thing is to give them a call.

Hi and welcome nice looking car, good luck with fixing it up. Are you planning on keeping it pretty much standard?
-
Hi Ben the spring and plastic in question are from behind your clutch pedal I know this as I had to replace mine a few months ago. The clutch will still work ok but it helps the pedal when it's depressed and to return. If you remove the under tray from the dash you will see where the white plastic sits on 2 lugs at the back of the pedal, it should have a tube that attched to one end that the spring slides over. If you look closely you will find a part number on it. If you go to you vw dealer and give them the number they should be able to order the white plastic piece up for you you could always get them to print a copy of the diagram of the pedal box set up :)

I think it's classed as the inner aperture seal, it's the one that door pushes up against when is closed it's made up of metal and rubber
-
Does anyone know where I can buy new door seals for my G60? The drivers one is splitting and to be honest the passager one has seen better days.
-
There is a tool for removing the spring clamps but I am not sure where you can buy one though. In the past I have used a friends one who works for a dealership.

What engine codes are these? I don't suppose you still have the crank pulleys do you? Thanks Sean
