  1. What do you want to know? Are you interesed in a kit or general info on v6 turbo? The 24v V6 responds well to boost but it needs to be prepared, ie changing the base NA into a FI. Other than that its all fun when you are straped to a full blown T4 :).

  3. Hi mate, I dont like the idea of running 2 G60 intercoolers. It is hard fitting a decent front mount itnercooler in the rado without cutting bits, it can be done but depends if thats what you are after which I doubt it is 8) , unlike some of us who have large sections missing in front :lol: . Not trying to push a sale here but i thought id let you know on another option we are working on. Its aimed at 400hp and higher runing cars depending on the core size. It consists of the top of the line bar/plate garret core and its a sidemount intercooler. I think you will be limited even with the G60 golf ic, VR6T owners seem to up the boost once they get a taste :) . On the air/water subject, i think its a great system, if designed properly and all items in the system are selected correctly it will work very efficiently, although its advantages are more usefull in drag racing.   5. Timing wont be way out, the tensioner takes up a bit of slack with the regular headgasket, this allows for the few extra mm added lift. Idealy the adjustable cam pulley would be a nice touch but its not necessary in this case. We have 2 spacers, one is for 9:1 cr and the other for those wanting to run more boost is 8.5:1. These spacers are stainless steel laser cut and are very reliable, have been used in cars running 20psi+ of boost with no problems. This is a cost effective way out for not spending on pistons but by no means is of low quality. More on the topic, the turbos used will be of T4 trim, specs can vary on customers choice ie spoolup and max power. Other turbos can also be used.   7. Hi, we never intended that G stands for G-lader buts thats what most people think :lol: . To answer your question we will be launching a VR6 turbo kit consisting of Garret ball bearing turbo, high flow cast manifold, downpipe ss 304, head spacer and software. Intercooler kits will also be available. More parts to follow, i dont know if thats what you had in mind :) . kind regards

  10. What you need to do is spin that charger up until boost pipes pop off and you burn them rubbers :) . Got to say it sounds awsome when running, if you aint heard it run .... well hear it, not too loud and the resonation of the charger really tops it up. Have to give you props for what you have achieved with this car, very original to the little details and not just show, its always nice to see a corrado in that condition, enjoy it mate!!

When shopping for an intercooler i would suggest to pay attention at - core size - core type - endtank design - position placed I would get a core sized up according to the position the intercooler will be placed, no point having a flat and long core if the area of direct airflow is small. Core types vary, 2 major groups are tube/fin and bar/plate. Bar/plate tend to be slightly better but nothing to be fussed about. Endtanks design is important for smooth airflow and no turbulence. I was looking at the Vito intercooler and those endtanks look very sharp which is a bad thing in terms of airflow. Most endtanks mass produced aren't desinged at their best. You will find that Cast endtanks flow much better. To position a decent intercooler in the Corrado might be a challange if the front will be kept stock. I would make use of the grille area by using a short thick core. Otherwise chop holes :lol: in your bumper or get an RS type. I have used Porsche 944 intercoolers with good results, they wont fit in stock bumper tho. In a perfect world i wouldn't put a diesel truck intercooler for performance use, but saying that to replace the stock unit i think this wont do you any harm at all. Good quality cores and endtanks can be bought from spearco. In UK a good place to get a core or intercooler made up to your specs is at Pace product http://www.paceproducts.co.uk/php/ , they make the cores in house for you to a size you want. rgds

    They arent meant to be that loud if they are installed properly. Things to do to make it quieter is using panel filter in box instead of cone,vent the boost return back into the system instead of releasing it in the atmosphere but ultimatley you need to relocate the throttle body before the intake of the charger. This way you will limit most of the noise but only have some left at wot which is what you want. rgds

  15. Hello mate, I can supply you with the kit depending on what you need. I assume you know how to rebuild a charger, as others have stated you can damage the charger easily if parts are installed incorrectly. If you are fully capable of doing it yourself i can't see why I can't sell you the parts that way you can save a buck or two, although most of the time I advise people not to do so as they underestimate it and end up damaging chargers. I have: Gotze oil seals, FAG bearings, SNR 16000rpm top shaft bearings teflon, 11.5 mm gates wide belt, beige strips and grease. These are some of the best parts available, I will also be able to get uprated oil seals shortly. Contact me for more info. Thanks

  23. I think apose-gil aka alex corrado is pretty sweet , unique in styling with some pretty crazy power and 1/4 mile times hopefully 8) . A20 LEE is pretty sick pimpin example aswell :king:
