Just to let you know i've managed to get the fan's working properly. I found a wire from the drier that wasn't connected at all and doesn't look like it ever has been ,anyway connected it up to the large coolant run on pump/fan control relay and it work's spot on 8) . The Aircon seem's to be that cold that you can see your breath :D . If anyone has any trouble with their aircon PM me and i may be able to help you out as i'm pretty familar with the setup now :)

I've checked the relay's and found a break inside one of them (the one that control's recirc) managed to repair it and it work's fine .Just need an idea of where to look next.

I've just had my Aircon regassed after fitting a new condensor and drier and it seems to work fine except fot the cooling fan's don't kick in when the AC is switched on :( . Just got a few question's really where about's is the AC connected into the cooling fan ? Does any of the 4 relay's under the bonnet opperate the fan if so which one? Also when it's switched on the idle speed doesnt increase should the AC be connected to the Engine ECU somewhere to increase it? Any help would be appreciated :)

I noticed some earth connection's close to the ABS ecu the other day when i had the kick panel off maybe worth checking those.

Sound's to me like youprobably do need a new aux water pump and thermostat. It is possible that the aux water pump has not been working for a long time. It's located just behind the coilpack to the right handside of the engine, switch the ignition on and see if you can here a buzzing sound if not it's knackered :(
-
That's what mine was doing at first then it started going out when started up and just coming on when you started moving (when the ABS pump kicked in).I'm not sure what else to suggest checking really
-
I would doubt if the relay is faulty but you never know . Does the ABS light go out when you start up and come on when you start moving?
-
Check battery terminals that was the problem with mine.

Anyone? SLOT has given me the partnumber's for some lowering cap's from Venom but i don't know if they are the large or small type

As i said above mine had a leak in the passenger side and It turned out to be the ducting for the heater under the bonnet that was'nt sealed probably, anyway i removed the duct sealed it up and job's a good un no more leaks.
-
I had the same fault code come up on mine and it turned out to be a poor connection on the battery. All i did was clean the terminal's up and now it's fine.

You must have got rainwater leaking in somewhere.I didn't realise mine had got a leak inside until i lifted up the passenger carpet and it was wet through. It turned out to be the ducting for the heater under the bonnet that was'nt sealed probably, anyway i removed the duct sealed it up and job's a good un no more leaks. Whereabout's is the water collecting?

I cleaned all the dash part's on mine while it was out  It also gave me the chance to make the aircon setup a bit better i don't think they did a good job when it was fitted originally...

Have a look here this will give you some idea where to start but this corrado looks like it's got aircon so it may be slightly different. It's not nesscesary to totally remove the heaterbox.PM me if you need any help http://www.corrado-club.ca/forum/ultima ... 112#000003

Where about's do you live ? I'm sure someone on here will VAG-COM it for you to find out your ABS problems and also check your ECU for fault codes. Wellcome to the forum by the way

I've got Eibach's on mine and i qriginaly fitted them with the original shock's and the ride was terrible so i replaced all 4 shocks with billstein's and the ride was excellent for about a week but now it seem's to be very harsh again :( I'm now thinking of fitting some Koni TA's instead . The reason i went for eibach spring's was because i had them on my previous car (golf VR6) and the ride was excellent no doubt about it and that was with 17" wheels on :) .I'm just going to have to stump up some more cash for Koni's :(

I replaced mine about 2 month's ago not difficult just time consuming. I decided to take the dash out alltogether alot easier than struggling with it in. Mine's got aircon fitted to and i didnt have to disconnect any of the aircon system to get the matrix out :)

I used to have a seat toledo 1.9 TD that had exactly the same twin fan setup ,also i think the VW Sharran TD is the same too .

It sounds like one ring's will be bent .I've seen them damaged before when wheel bearing's have been fitted. When did the light start coming on?Is it since you carried out some work on it?

Big-ted mine tilt's okay but wont slide back properly when operated with the motor, but it will go back if you wind it back manually with the handle. just another job to do but i'm going to wait until the summer..

The leads that i got from Euro car parts are excellent. They are numbered the same as the originals and have Bremi ends. They also fit in the guides too :)

There you go one genuine fuel pump no reserve looks like a bargain http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 18428&rd=1 I've checked at the steeler's and they are around £70 +vat

As Goodridge said unevenly worn tyre's would make a wheel bearing noise. I've seen it a few times on various car's.My mate had the same problem with his VR6 and it turned out to be the tyre's..

Is'nt that the point of fitting a performance exhaust to reduce the back pressure
