Yep there must be someway to seperate the 2 halves, say with a very sharp blade and then clean and re-silicone it? heres another blue with m3 lights to be honest i dont know why i didnt do that as soon as i bought em,always had the same problem with aftermarket lights :roll:

i had the same problem m8 :( i used the bits with emory paper on,and also tried the grinding stone things... in the end i found it easier to use a file! then moved on to rough emory paper/sand paper/wet n dry getting smoother/fine wire wool and then a metal polish such as autosol to finish 8) hope this helps. neil.

have you done both halves m8? you can venturi the end of the entry bit,i did this and used it on the car with the other half left standard. gave a noticeable difference in throttle snappiness! click the link in my sig if you wanna check the pics out :) neil.

id still change the feed or at least just stick new copper washers on there m8. remember its under pressure,so you will still have oil running round the charger but ocviously a slight leak means a slight loss in pressure. neil. :)

while youre here m8,just like to say i fitted one of your looms a couple days ago(bought it ages ago!) and it gives a v noticeable improvement straight away! 8) only slight problem is the fuse holder,it keeps splitting and falling off so the positive has no connection. ill probably secure it with some tightly wrapped insulation tape. :) neil.
