JSB Racing Shiftlight kit - Pre-order for next batch
mrbeige replied to mrbeige's topic in Suppliers Forum
Heya Mr B, I PM'd you a while back but never got a reply. I have managed to snap off the second green LED...would you be willing to solder on a new for me? If not, could you let me know what brightness you used so I can ham-fist it myself? lol Cheers. Sorry for the non-existant reply, not sure how I missed that. I can surely solder on a new LED for you, or I can send you a replacement LED. I'm pretty sure I've got some left from the last batch. :) -
They look like Audioscape ones to me.... Audioscape Custom Corrado enclosures
-
I'm assuming this stuff bonds itself to the metal then?
-
Good work, that looks great. 8) Excuse my ignorance but, what is CIL putty??

Price should be as per the first post, but it depends on the price of the replacement connectors. Will do :) -

I like it too. Something a bit different...but I must admit the rear lights aren't my favourites, but as you say, you don't like liquorice  Paint looks stunning 8) -

Right, I'm gonna start the process of getting another batch done tomorrow. It seems there are a few people who want them :D -

I will be doing another batch of these soon, just need to make some modifications to the board, as they no longer make teh Molex connectors I used on the first batch. I've been a massively busy of late, so, have been a bit poor in pulling my finger out and getting the next batch rolling.... :camp: -
Shweeeet! I reckon you could prolly space them out a bit front and rear. It's surprising how much more obvious the flaring on the rear looks with the steels on. Brilliant winter wheels though. Gav said yesterday that the Schmorbets hadn't held up very well against the salty road of the past month. Gives you a chance to give them a quick DIY refurb though. Mine were looking shocking too.

Just out of interest, what sort of wheel weight are we talking here? Oh, and the Skyline looks awesome. I'm not normally a fan of Jap cars, but by Christ I'd have one of them :afro:

Mmmmm, I love spaghetti! Which R32 is that? Mk4 or Mk5? Are you going to be fitting just the engine loom, or are you going to retrofit most of the donor car?

Corrado owner's house accidentally repossessed?
mrbeige replied to aclwalker's topic in General Car Chat
It would be classed as breaking and entering. I'd be suing theirs arses off for that, it's a disgraceful behaviour. -
I used Hammerite on mine. Worked fine :)

All I konw is that the brakes on my Dad's old Pug 406 coupe were awesome, but having looked into sourcing them, the ain't cheap :(
-
ah, but you do have a sense of adventure....

Crazy and Mic were telling me about this last night! Awesome

I've got a mate who did the conversion in his 9A 16v using the QPeng kit, and he had it done in a weekend, start to finish. He said it was easy as pie :)

The funking cnuts! :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored: :censored: This kind of thing really gets on my t1ts. Feel for you mate. Gutted.

Are the wheels you took off Kosei Senekas?
-
I've used them a few times for the odd part here and there. Always had excellent service and advice over the phone :)
-
Might be worth a poke around THIS THREAD, for some ideas ;)
-
Battery might be past it's best as well...maybe?
-
To be fair, I think 280s wouldn't be adequate enough if you are going VR turbot. Might be worth looking into something a little larger....maybe...Seat Leon 305mm discs (4-stud) and the calipers to match...

I was talking about this the other day with the Toad-meister and it seems you either have to remove the sump OR it might be possible to undo the front and rear engine mounts, leaving the gearbox mount as is and jack the engine up, much like you would to change the water pump. :(
