Well, I'm disappointed to be fair. You have clearly haven't followed the correct British standard for making a cup of tea See BS 6008:1980 for more details

Found a good UK supplier for Innovate products It's actually the main guy who does the Megasquirt kits in the UK - Bill Shurvinton, very pleasant chap who knows his stuff. Innovate LC-1 (Sensor, controller, PC cable and weld in bung) - £130 Innovate LC-1 (as above) with XD-16 gauge - £250 Prices include VAT but are plus delivery. Please contact mailto:[email protected] for more details

Taking the type/make of car out of the equation, what an absolute stunning job has been done, and fair play to the skill involved. But.... Wouldn't it have been far more skillful to start with a car that wasn't new, maybe 10+ years old and achieve the same results?? Seems to me that the bloke has just spent a schitt load of money for detailing that only he will appreciate on a day-to-day basis. Rediculously anal on a new car, no matter what make/type it is!

I haven't, but I'm going to be running MSnS with the High res code. Going to weld the bugger onto the crank pulley. Mate of mine has just fitted a MegaJolt to his 16v on carbs and there is two mounting hols on the back of the block that are perfect to use to mount the hall sensor. Just been quotes £130 for the innovate LC-1 with Sensor, controller, PC cable and weld in bung, which I thought was a pretty good price! Then £50 for the relay board. Got to wait until next month for that though, unless I can sell about 5 shift light kits!!

I wondered what the V7 avatar thing was all about.....still none the wiser....yet

Yeah I agree the spacing is spot on it just the injectors site right on the rail and would need to have tubes attached to get them to fit and not foul on the manifold runners. The impedence shouldn't matter either, its the spray pattern that would concern me
-
Ho the bloody hell does the mk4 fuel rail fit?? I've offered it up to the manifold and its nowhere near, unless I'm doing something wrong??

JSB Racing Shiftlight kit - Pre-order for next batch

Its dead easy to reprogram. You just press the button for more than 2 seconds, goes into reprogramming mode, first LED flashes, rev engine to desired RPM, push button, last LED flashes, rev engine to desired shift RPM, push button and its set! Simple as that! As far as shipping abroad, cata has one and he's in Canada, so that's no problem, but there is an additional charge of £4 for the shipping. -
Thought you might say that Mr Cole!! I'd probably do as JIMMI suggested, get all he little things sorted out then think about the charger...
-
Fair does Dan that looks sweet, totally different car to the one you bought. Good skills. Loving the Keskins, always had a soft spot for them.....

Ah bugger! The reason I ask is that I've got MK4 injectors (fuel rail and manifold) and I've been looking at the BBM 16v fuel rail to use with my standard mainfold just to get the squirt on my car. Now if I can't use my mk4 injectors that means I'll need to get some other ones and not G60 ones as they will have the wrong spray pattern as that website clearly shows. As far as I can tell the BBM fuel rail is for use with G60 injectors, but wasn't sure if I could use the mk4 ones with it or not.... Nothing is ever easy is it! I might just get an ABF inlet manifold with injectors and fuel rail instead for now. I just want to get the MS on the bloody car, its doing my fooking head in..... [/rant]
-
Are G60 injectors the same size and shape as mk4 Golf 1.8T items? Cheers

The system is as follows Hertz MLK 165 components £475 Hertz Mille 10 subs £450 Audison LRX4.1 amplifier £700 I thought it sounded really well balanced. Not a huge amount of bass, but well rounded and smooth.

Running the same on mine, and very impressed by them and at £55 a corner, quite a good price. They are H rated so good for upto 168mph, but only gone for that as they are stretched and wanted as much strength as possible.
