  2. Mmmmm these look like a good buy http://www.dcperformance.co.uk/cheap/450720/toyota/k-sport-front-big-brake-kit/vo09-7-356.html
  3. if you have DDI dials fitted all you need to do is get some el sheeting, and cut it around the dials and then plug it into the invertor, obviousy removing all the standard lighting first.
  4. well just e-mailed them and seeing if they will offer discounts for a number of kits, when i hear back i will put the info on a group buy on here.

  6. ok then lets get this started then, anybody who is intrested in a timing chain kit put your name down and give it a month from today for numbers.
  7. yeh people do seem to love them, in the last three weeks i had a family stand by mine after they pulled there brand new rocco next to mine, and had there pic taken with the two cars in the pic, had a girl about 9 years old say "look daddy its one of those cars" and some bloke in a maserati quattroporte saying "loved my old one and would love another one" goes to show that an old vw has still got the charm
  8. easy to do yourself mate, go onto detailing world and theres looooads of info there.
  9. i have used meths before and brings all the crap out, followed by some degreaser and a steam cleaner.

  11. need to get myself to your ASAP after seeing that pic of Zaks car. ---------- Post added at 12:43 AM ---------- Previous post was at 12:40 AM ---------- well to be honest i dont think you will see any benefit over a standard set up unless you are doing track days etc etc, i only fitted the new one as the one on the car when i bought it was leaking, but they are also usefull if your car is very low. and for the sump/pump you are looking at about £300.

  13. well pretty sure i will stick with having the CH's as always wanted a set and i have kinda promised Gareth that i will have them, and hopefully will be driving to him sometime this week and getting them. also got some leather dye from off glyptone today as i'm not 100% happy with the finish on the front seats, they feel like they were not properly sealed when Nathan did the dying. Ordered the kit on monday afternoon and a very very cute post women delivered it today, and she loved my car.
  14. oh dear got a little dilema going on in my head, have said to gareth OSV that i would gladly have he's BBS CH's off him, but then tonight i see that there are a set of compomotive MO5's for sale off BEN-B. what do i do?? karl (ever struggling in the alloy wheel descion department)
  15. i'm also looking for a set soon, what if we all pay together and get it all sent to one address?? if its all sent to my place i can send it all out insured via UPS for about a fiver.

  19. just do the sensible thing and sell the alloys and buy some that will fit easilly, you will drive youself mad trying to get them to fit and spend lots of £'s doing it.
  20. Mmmm must buy some new locking wheels nuts before i travel up north then lol
  21. well the easiest way of getting those to fit is to get the hubs drilled out to 5/112, either that or get some alloys that will fit properly
  22. just in the process of buying some 2nd hand brembo callipers and 312mm discs/pads, but the seller is keeping the braided hoses as he is using them on he's next set of brakes, so where is the best place to buy some braided hoses from. cheers karl
