cant beat the jetex exhaust on a corrado its near standard on sound up until about 3.5k, and then it sounds soooo nice.

well pete griff could not sell he's and ended up breaking it, there was/is an r32 storm on e-bay that has not sold for 6.5k. So dont be surpised if you end up breaking it to get your money.

well having owned 3 corrados and driven about 5 M3's, all i will say is the M3 is a far superior car in every way (apart from when it snows) its much much faster/quiter/refined, BUT at the end of the day its just another e46 ok its the best e46 ever, and is probably in the top 5 BMW's ever built, but it will never turn heads like a corrado will. stay with your heart and keep the corrado, unless its just sooo much of a bargain you cant turn it down, even keep the corrado and just sorn it and keep it the garage, and when you get bored of the M3 or crash it, get the corrado de-sorned. ---------- Post added at 09:38 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:37 PM ---------- balls Matt beat me to it lol

i have an original windscreen in my old corrado with only one small chip in the bottom left, if you come and take it out (i'm a clumsy git and will break it) £50 karl

no thats right mate, its just the bump stop turning in the spring so dont worry

had a problem with my wipers since i had the car, they will not go onto intermittent, and will also do not park properly as i have to time it just right on the stalk to get them to rest at the bottom of the windscreen. changed the fuse and the relay, and also cleaned up the connectors on the stalk and they are still not working properly. any ideas please. karl

yeh i tried g-werks for some some new kw perches, phoned tham about 8 times with no reply even after leaving messages, made one phone call to tueningworks and spoke to Reuben there, and two days later the perches were on my doorstep. will never phone g-werks again.

thinking about getting some 3.0 litre pistons fitted as the engine in my corrado is smoking on start up (stem seals), and sometimes while booting it (rings) sourced a new ported/polished head, and will be getting a 2.8 aaa code lump as soon as i can find one. so where is the best place to get some 3.0 litre pistons from??? cheers karl

well put it this way it would have failed if i had taken it for an mot straight after i bought it what with three illegal tyres, the brake pipes cable tied to the struts, the sump having a crack in it, and one shock 100% knackered. so yeh Nathan was ocd in the looks department but not in others if i'm being honest ---------- Post added at 07:42 PM ---------- Previous post was at 07:41 PM ---------- yeh mate it is my birthday tomorrow, but the new wheels are on hold till next weekend, and cant wait to get them on the car.

well the car passed the MOT yesterday with only three advisories, so nothing major and the oil leak is coming from the crankcase seal so will be doing that soon, and getting some new rear brake pipes made up early next week. karl
