standard or recaro's??

well been busy today yaking the SWG scuttle cover off and replacing with the standard ones, and in my eyes looks much better for it, also got rid of the single wiper and fitted the lupo wipers from my old car, and also fitted some mk4 golf washer jets onto the scuttle cover as the bonnet does not have any washer jets on it. will get some pics up tomorrow. karl oh and gotta get rid of this if anyone is intrested

is it just me but have the classifieds on here dried up a bit?? years ago every time you logged on there was more things (alloys) i wanted to buy, is everyone putting stuff on e-bay?? or just hording there nice 17" alloys away from me?? karl

the ones that are connected to the bottom of the suspension strut, and the brake pipe flexi slots into it. Just looked at the ones that are on the car, and the flexi pipes are just flapping around, as that part is missing on both struts!!

well had the car on my mates ramps today, had some good news and some badish news. Good news. No rot at all, and very very solid all round so cant complain there. Bad news. rear brake pipes need replacing very very soon, rear flexi pipes need replacing also so going to do the mk4 brake conversion while i'm there, plus the r32 sump is paper thin on one side where its been catching due to being so low, so wont be driving the car till thats done, as you can visually see oil coming out of the sump. Also picked up these babies for a good price so will be fitting them tomorrow along with having a new alarm fitted. i do miss this messing with cars lol karl
