so what if there are no jobs near you then, as lets face it there are not many jobs out there, so if you have to travel 20+ miles to get to work you should't because of the cost of getting there instead you loose your house and end up on the dole?? yeh thats gonna help this country isn't it.

got a virtually brand new Halfords advanced HCB065 from off my corrado vr6 in the garage mate, was on the car for no more than a month. you can have it for £50 inc postage. karl

harry i'm 6ft 3ish and weigh 17 stone (used to play rugby for the county) and the mk1 tt is plenty big enough mate, i got the driving position sorted and there was about 3" of headroom left easy. just go and have a look at one mate. karl

did you use the furniture clinic kit mate, as i did a mates mk2 golf's dash from black to red and all the pastics about 3 years ago, and its still mint and he uses it every day.

i will have a word with my mate tomorrow for you mate, he did mention that they do give out a lot of brake dust but he did not mention anything about them wearing out the discs though, and he's a bit like kev on here, so has tried virtually every brake pad that is available and he says these are the best ever.

you looked at the hawk or is it hawke pads?? my mate has them on hes 911 turbo and he says he will never use another pad ever. and will get you the dimensions on that filter tomorrow morning mate

he's got a fair more then 190bhp mate, it may have something to do with the turbo thats strapped to the back of the engine lol

already looked at the gt30 turbo conversion gareth, trust me it wont stay un-touched in the first 24 hours in my ownership lol

looks nice and frrsh mate, but will have to wait till i see it in the flesh, as for the brakes i would just do them black for the nice sublte look.

pics as promised, i have sold the 540i :( and the guy who has bought it is coming down on tuesday with the cash, so on tuesday i will be picking up the TT, shame the BM has to go but just want all memories of what has happened gone :(

i paid top dollar for the TT as its mint so could have bought a 3.2v6 for the same money, but a re-mapped 225 TT is quicker that a v6 yeh its not a v6 etc etc and you dont have to tell me the pro's cons of having a v6 over a 20vt, but looking at getting a gt30 strapped onto it within a month lol. your more than welcome to have a go in mine mate karl

i'm a hairdresser lol, put a deposit on a 2002 TT today totally standard apart from a custom code re-map approx 270bhp 285lb, its black with grey leather :pukeright: so that gonna be changed by saturday lol, 72k on the clock with 2 owners, will get some pics up tomorrow.

ok been looking at what new car i'm going to get, mk4 4motion with turbo is still on the cards but yesterday i went out in a mk1 TT 2004 65K black with red leather, best bit was the JBS GT2871 conversion, 380bhp/415lb on a safe map the thing was awesome, the guy who is selling had it mapped slightly more aggressive and it pushed out 460bhp/440lb :shock: but afterwards i got back in my lazy v8 and still prefer my BM :cuckoo:

i have met him twice and yeh he hasn't got a clue about corrados, but he just gets them from people who want to get rid of them for various reasons so pays them bottom book price, then tarts them up and sells tham at a profit (whats wrong with that??) some of the cars he has sold have been true minters, others have been total dogs. he is not fat from me so if you want i will happilly view it if you want mate. karl
