i have owned three corrado's and the first two were OBD1, my current corrado is OBD2 and the difference is amazing, totally smoother throughout the revs, and at idle it just sits at 750rpm and will not fluctuate at all. a well worth conversion if you ask me.

well picking up some KW's tomorrow so by the end of the week the FK's will be off, i will put up pics etc etc by the weekend mate

well the Borbets are sold, getting some solitudes tomorrow until i find some nice 17's or can find one single RC to make my set up, also getting some KW V1's tomorrow so that will keep me busy for a while. sourced some genuine scuttle covers and also some lupo wipers, so all coming along nicely.

will get some pics of it when the new alloys are fitted as all i have done is raise it 40mm and given it a wash, oh and used up £70 worth of fuel just driving it, it just feels soooooo good being back in a corrado.

if you can wait about a month i will have some virtually brand new fks for sale mate.

well today i raised the car 40mm as its was just to low for me, then just gave it a really good wash and wax and then it rained all day. on my to do list is. 1, sell/swap the borbets, do like them but only if the car is low and i dont like them very very low. 2, change the storm single wiper to 2 normal wipers, gonna be difficult as the washer jet holes on the bonnet have been smoothed. 3, take off the swg scuttle panel and fit standard ones, 4, fit some better suspension as i'm 40 years old and the FK's that are on the car are just to firm/bouncy for my likening. 5, start looking at ways of making it faster lol And also forgot how much attention Corrados get when your driving them around, and had sooooo many compliments on the cars condition, so for that Nathan can take the praise. And the OBD2 is just great it idles so smoothly and the throttle response is so much more responsive. Liking this car more more i drive it

well jim the only reason i did not buy c5 oem is that in my eyes it just to perfect, and would give me nothing to do apart from clean it, whereas this car leaves me scope to make it mine. Yeh new wheels are in the pipeline hopefully, one of the rc's i bought has some very fine hairline cracks in it, and looks like it cant be repaired :-( so on the lookout for some nice 17's as the borbets are very nice wheels just not really my cup of tea. and yeh it was a straight swap. pics will be up tomorrow of it in its new home. really happy that "the purple poser" is back in sutton coldfield lol karl

yay just got back with corrado number 3, just swapped my TT for Nathans C488ADO. going to raising it slightly tomorrow and then got more things in the pipeline for it, will say the paintwork is bordering on perfect and the beige recaros are lovely. will get some pics up tomorrow as i'm knackered Zzzzzzzzzz karl

well greenlight were the cheapest for me also, £302 fully comp and all the rest la la la.

well havent even bought a corrado and just bought some alloys for it, its only the 5th set of this particular alloy that i have owned, just need to buy a corrado to fit them to

yeh to a point mate, but seriously the two i looked at were complete dogs and as rough as toads chin, every corrado i'm intrested in has something i dont like 100% about it, but finding a 15+ year old car that has been modded etc etc will not be to the next potential owners liking, but i'm not adverse to working on corrados actually looking forward to getting my hands dirty and bleeding lol

well looked at two today that were desribed as in very good condition, yeh right they were utter dogs one was described as having a bit of light rust on the rear arch, there was a bloody hole about 5" long and about and inch wide after i tapped it with a screwdriver. just waiting for my tt to go before i make some calls to a couple of guys selling theres on here, 1st call will be to you Andy.

dont forget about the weitec coilovers, if you go onto ed38 there are some really good 2nd hand coilovers for sale at the moment

oh kev also dont forget the audi allroad 2.5tdi, my bro has one and its a great car
