    if you want a fast car straight away then get an s3, if you want a car that you can slowly make faster then buy a 4motion, see how much cash it would take to get an s3 beyond 400bhp, then see how much it would cost to get a 4motion past 400bhp. first thing you wanna but for the 4motion is the haldex controller 8)

    well looks like i have been had on ed38 :( http://www.edition38.com/forums/index.p ... getnewpost which has really pee'd me off, so does anyone in the leeds area know a guy called martin choppen who used to own this grey golf, he apparently sold it recently and bought a mk4 turbo gti, i just want either he's work address or home address so i can "pursuade" him to cough up. cheers Karl

    i will get all the info for you mate. God i love spending other peoples money. All i can tell you its about 2 years old and was pushing out 315 bhp.

    lets just say that for £1500 i can get your v6 charged, and thats for a stage 2 kit. i have a mate who is going turbo and will be selling hes charger in the next 3/4 months.

    Hi Ben, how did you get on with the C1, i was led to believe that is was not for the diy detailer?? just looking at getting some of there products and was reading some good reviews about the c1, also where did you buy it?? as i cant seem to buy it from off there website. karl

    oh yeh i forgot about adding to this thread, it went for the MOT finally last week, it failed on all the brake pipes/lines and the rear parking brake so getting all that done over the winter. Not going to keep it though, just get it all road worthy and sell it.

    TT comps always look better in the standard finish, maybe its because the spokes are so wide?? maybe pick out the side of the spokes in an anthracite finish??

    has to be the t**t who smashed into my wing mirror yesterday while i was in the park, completly smashed the wing mirror to bits and guess what?? yeh you got it no note to say sorry i caused you £200 worth of damage :censored: could of been worse though because if the glass was smashed it would have cost £280 for the glass alone :shock:

    looking very nice 8) and yeh its amazing the price you pay for some BMW parts as there is no ed38 scene tax to pay, i'm currently in the process of purchasing a full red heated/full electric front and rear seats for my 540 and the price for everything including the doorcards is only £500 and they are mint :shock: try doing that with a corrado leather interior. oh yeh how you finding the simota induction kit?? karl
