Why you getting 15's? Not getting rid of the Borbets are you???
-
who is the girl in the picture?? she fiiine

Not really that simple to explain on forum - the best way is to work through a few things yourself and learn your way around the program. Won't take you long at all to start doing stuff like that. Look into layers etc.. Have a look here for some good tutorials: (lol - the site is real btw :) ) http://www.good-tutorials.com/

If you want a VR6 Highline you won't be getting Dragon Green - they only came in Diamond Black Pearl and Purple Violet Pearl. Why you swapping from a new M3 to a Corrado? Corrados are good, but I know which I would rather have :)
-
for a bit curvy bit of metal!!
-
Aye mine came with C spanner as well
-
Petrol interior? That's not the tartan blue/black/green cloth one is it??
-
Only some of them had them. The other type is the longer more angular ones.
-
Campaign - can you tell us what exactly happened and you did when the accelerator cable stuck? (apart from crapping pants :) )
-
I don't have breakdown cover either - but I guess it makes sense now you mention it :)
-
That's the spirit!

I don't get all the annoyance at the expense of the Corrado - I mean I do see so many chuck a lot of money into them. Mine has not broken down or f%^ked up once since I got it. Admittedly I have spent a lot of money on it but much of that has been choice to keep it in top running order and/or tuned. Almost any car over a few years old will cost a certain amount to run regardless. Mine has been more reliable than any other car I have owned (all been German too) Although looking at the cars history, the 2 years before seemed like expensive ones with new ECU and Clutch etc. I think now it has had most main parts replaced over the last few years :) Probably go and breakdown now this weekend having said that

Mine was on 103,000 as well and apparently it was in not bad shape at all when it was opened for rebuild.

VR6 bonnet is the ___------___ (always wanted to draw that!) shaped one to fit the bigger engine. This is also fitted to later corrados of all engine/spec. The older early style is the ----____----- one. Both bonnets fit any age but early won't be good with VR6 so take your pic :) I prefer older

Have you spoken to the garage about this yet? Or who you bought the car from if you didnt get it from the garage?
-
Yeah thats pretty bad luck. Sounds so so similar to how mine could have gone: I bought mine with 103,000 on clock as well with standard pulley and non rebuilt charger. Within 500 miles of this I had service - plus all belts then before 104,000 had charger etc all done. Felt like I was driving a time bomb in those 1000 miles :)
-
mog, How many miles did you have on the G-lader before it went? And what pulley etc did you have on it. Thanks
-
I thought the late 92's had the newer interior?
-
Yeah that is pretty damn nice - my main question is how the hell can he get that shine on his?? Looks like the same colour as mine altho with mucho added bling
-
hehe :) Nah I know they are decent - My m8 has a nice black one. I would happily have a highline
-
Bet you are looking forward to the nappy rebuilds
-
well a corrado vr6 is quicker than a mk3 vr6
-
Congrats! Lovely looking wee baby :)
-
A fat 200 bhp vr6 golf mk3 versus a sleek 200bhp G60? Surely the G60 would win - It's the laws of physics Jim! :)

no more drugs for that man
