LOL I dont think Ill go that far!!! planning to get a rover coupe turbo. you can pick one up with the right mods (17s/konis etc) for about £1500. few tweaks and its good for 220-230bhp.

I miss turbos too. Never really got into the corrado groove it has to be said. NA just isnt for me.

there seem to be a shedload of VRs in the classifieds these days but are they selling? Im selling mine this month but dont think Ill even bother on the forum and/or ebay as there seem to be loads on the mainland and I cant see anyone coming to NI for one with so much choice. what you guys think?

i saw a vid of a mk2 with all shiny gold/chrome engine parts but it was a G60 afaik. looked mad seeing it running with no bonnet - engine took a mad jump when he floored it :D

corrados lines dont suit a vent imo :( open up the grille and bumper to get as much air through as possible sounds like the plan :)

find the siren in the engine bay and read any codes off it. thats how I did it with my cobra.

mine has only been done a little but Id suggest on yours to get the strut brace chromed or polished, the engine covers done in a sweet flip paint.

we dont get optimax over here so its 95 or 97. I cant tell the diff to be honest. I usually run ultimate or shell super tho. on my fiat coupe turbo tho ultimate defo made the car run quicker.

they just sound beautiful mate - perfect sound reproduction. and they play from 2KHz too so more power for the mids to do midstuff :)

Search on TA for supremo :) they are the lushest tweets Ive ever heard. full stop. designed to be used off axis too. just as well as they are 4" diameter!!!!!! :shock: Think they retail about £500 too heres a pic of mine mid build in the fiat coupe.

just be careful with the cds mate - dont rush it etc as they can jam up. is it the MB-75 or a newer model?
