  1. If the wheels you are running are BMW e30 BBS wheels they are et24 offset. TBH I would be tempted to go 7.5x16" mate, 16" is about the perfect size for a corrado, something like Borbet C's.
  2. Yep, been here too, done possibly 1500 miles (500 miles of that was driving it back from Northhampton) in my blue G60 since I bought it 3.5 years ago. I have spent shedloads getting it to where it is and still have a fair bit more to spend. She will be getting transported down south in summer to have rest of work finally completed but just can't be bothered with it at the moment. Have been doing little bits and pieces here and there to try and keep the enthusiam up, and then things happen like sunroof, central-locking and spoiler stops working...... And the draw of a newer e46 BMW is drawing me in.........
  3. Thanks, Also picked up another set of 16" split rims which will be getting refurbed and probably sold on.
  4. Fitted my MJ-trimmed blue alcantara gearshift gaitor to centre plastic trim along with Daves stainless surround and fitted DLS Reference 6.5" compnent front speakers into late-doorpods and fixed to doorcards. Still got lots of blue-trimmed bits to fit in but they are all awkward blighters...and still got the new late front doorcards to fit.
  5. Merci Franck pour les images de cette plus belle voiture que j'ai vue, c'etait super :D
  6. Yeah, and who are the other three specials having special relations with their mistresses ?
  7. VR6Joni, You said your brother was given 6 points and a £200 fine by the police. I was under the impression that it was the courts / magistrates that decided what points / fine were to be issued or paid when considering the apparent offence and not up to the police at all ? There is no way the points could have been added to the licence there and then ?
  8. Great news, I'll have a new Scirocco 2.0T-FSI in white please with truffle leather 8)
  9. Yes, I'll echo that, thanks to shaung60 for sending out my early to late doocard parts quickly and wrapped up well to protect in transit, cheers.
  10. That's what I have in mine..
  11. Nice, spcers required tho I think ? Reckon they would work well fitted to a rado, especially if they had grey / black centres :)
  12. Well having picked up a really nice interior (cheers Kris) a few weeks back now, I got round to fitting the MJ-retrimmed black leather with blue alcantara centres F+R seats and rear doorcards (forgot what a PITA job they were :? ). Front doorcards will be a bit more hassle, as am going from early to late fittings and have to mess around with wiring and stuff. Also, have to get the gearshift gaitor, headlining, sunroof trim, visors etc. in too, as it's a complete interior I bought, however, this will do for now. So, there will be a complete early black leather interior for sale very shortly  Anyways, had always liked this interior when it was in Tom Ingrams old charged VR6, think it looks ace and matches paintwork very well. Just needs a good clean really now. See pics below:
  13. I don't think you can get them from the stealers anymore, i.e. obsolete. I paid a fair bit for mine secondhand as wanted OEM ones with no fitment issues, used ones do come up for sale rarely and usually go very quickly.
  14. I have OEM headlight protectors fitted to my rado and also a Rieger grille with the eyebrow and it fits pretty well ?
  15. You haven't said the mileage mate, but assuming there are no bodywork issues, interior not worn or marked and it's all as descibed etc, it's a good standard (bar wheels and susp) with what seems like good SH. Pictures would also help a bit. Assuming average miles etc and all in good order I would guess at something about £2250, more if RH wheels were included, poss £2500 total. This is just going on what similar cars have sold for recently.
  16. I thought it was just the electric window controller alone ?
  17. Yes, I know that, however, at least the Golf G60 air-con had an intercoooler designed with a sculpted box-hood that fitted flush to the underside of the bonnet and stopped most of the hot air being drawn in directly to the intercooler......
  18. Interesting, considering VW HQ told me they were obsolete about 2 years ago when I needed a brand-new one  Nice thing was, as insurers couldn't find one, they gave me the full VW cost price for a new one in the form of a cheque and I gave the bodyshop a decent spare one off a late G60 I broke a few years before that :)
  19. Interesting, but putting the intercooler in the engine bay ?? :?
  20. Strange, I was told over 2 years ago by VW HQ these were obsolete
  21. Sorry to do the search on you etc but the difference between a 14.699 and 14.966 is huge in performance/traction terms, so my curiosity was aroused. Yeah maybe, however, I would imagine I will have even better figures when engine work all completed etc. 8)
  22. Looks like a Magnex per chance ? On another note, it would appear that Jetex still do an exhaust for the early G60 ? http://www.vwspeed.co.uk/volkswagen/par ... 355-1.html As do Supersprint: http://www.supersprintuk.com/corrado-18 ... 8_333.html HTH
  23. Oops, my bad, but yeah still a good time 8)
  24. Looks, nice, post up the engine details then :D Interested to see what has been done for 265BHP spec 8)
  25. Yeah, like a 2.7T AllRoad remapped to 320BHP wouldn't be fast
