the loom makes a massive difference , vw must of thought the candle light headlights were romantic :) the lupo wipers were a vast improvement but the do like it to be pouring down ,if its light rain they do judder a little, i just wait til it builds up so i cant see then do a sweep :)

it was featured in BOTH the mag and on the tv in the mag it was compared against the celica and the probe , if its not available i'll have to scan it and post it up it was the august 1994 issue the c used was L703 ONH "

the corrado is not just for christmas its a 24-7 car good write up , honest and to the point , the rado becomes more of a hobby than just transport and yes looking back on the mk1, 2x mk2 and the sorry i bought it mk3 golfs and obviously the mk5 the build quality is a bit ropey in areas on the rado but concessions have to be made because it is rather mature now but its a good warning to prospective buyers - it isnt always plain sailing :shock:

*replace the drive belt tensioner bearing and drive belt *buy and fit a vibratech front engine mount *keep an eye out for a full set of black leather seats and door cards :( *have a play with the coil overs height and damper settings
