  1. My standard vr used to be hesitant like you described..result of my injectors being filthy.
  2. Welcome to the forum mate. You should consider posting up pics of your car in the 'members gallery'. :)
  3. Large (90mm) Carbon front splitter would also be in demand i believe.
  4. Oh, hadnt seen one before!!! They're funky anyway. Jim. its not used, its brand new of course   LOL.
  5. Had a new car in work today. its brilliant. has a supercharger and turbo..good lil bit of reliable engineering from VW no doubt. 140 bhp out of a 1.4 is pretty good i though, but, they also have a 170bhp model available  Drive is very nippy, think im gonna make the most of it (abuse it) until its sold.
  6. Damn thats a depressing and sad read. Poor kid. What were the parents thinking allowing him to have a 500bhp car?????????????
  7. The guy i just bought my girlfriends car from recently sold his heavily modded Fiat coupe. he said he it was 300bhp at went well, hardly gave him any problems, but the torque was still around 260? for the money he had spent, id personally want more bang for my buck MONVR. The only Fiat worth buying though imo.
  8. Good stuff buddy. You wont regret purchasing them.
  9. Godammit, I was going to say that! Seriously, get the M coupe. It's the only car I would even consider changing my Corrado for ( honestly ). It's an amazing car! Really quite a rarity, looks different to anything else, verrrrrry quick, rear wheel drive etc etc. I'd love one 8) they are lovely looking cars agreed. not overly quick, ive gone past a few fairly easy, always good to see their facial expressions. New TT or the porsche has my vote..both in grey. 8). I think you can have just as much fun in either.

  11. Thats a great deal mate. Nice one. Im sure theyll be more than adequate. You getting the grooved or drilled then? Im currently running brembo pads, but let me knw how you rate the Ferodos once theyre bedded in.
  12. I have those discs from CRN performance. They great. had no problems whatsoever. Amazing braking. 160.00 ...whats stopping you? ( no pun intended lol)
  13. I only got rid of them as they didnt clear 312's with brembo's!?? Really want 8x16's soon though. 8) . Will have to chat to balance motorsport again or someone for a custom set i think.
  14. And ex-mines LOL. 16inch will clear 330 brakes?? thats mad kev. I gave up my wheel search last year after 4 sets that wouldnt clear brembos BUT - later this year i may look to get a custom set 16's to clear 323 discs as 16's handle and feel the best. plus can have the car a bit lower with no rubbing on corners. Fricking 16's clearing 330s     8)
  15. Off to my local spasda to try and get one. will try it asap. Cheers andy. :)
  16.   Dinkus - did you get the back of the wheels tidyed up in the end. I remember them being a lil flakey.
  17. Ahhh mate. wheels look cracking on a sliver car. theyre awesome NEVER EVER sell them  . I wish i hadnt. What brakes you have in mind for the future and where are you having it sprayed?..you gona loose the door strips?..yeh go on. :D
  18. You need to get in and out of them carefully  . Seriously though, a conditioner/balm applied once a month to drivers seat should work a treat. Autosmart leather cream conditioner is longlasting. Or go to Sainsburys/Tescos, they sell a product called 'Lord Sheridans leather balm' they are both good product ive been using for years. Try to use as little cleaner/liquid on the seats as possible. Not directed at you mate, but, the heavier you are the more the seats stretch causing the noticeable lines. :)

  20. I defo want to get a brake light put at the top of the back window this year :)
  21. Your gonna see some reliable and high power there mate. Nice work indeed. I can't believe that intercooler - over twice the size of mine  What are your plans with the brakes??
  22. Im possibly looking to save some money when doing my timing chains/tensioners etc. Is there anyone that has done this a few times that could help for cash? Many thanks.
