Cheesewire Im glad you clarified theres plenty of air there, i was a questioning if enough of the FMI was showing, he simply said "shut up, have you ever stuck ur head out the car at 70mph" :D . plus the slats are also angled to direct the air upwards. Have you got any pics of the prerad, how big is it?

Apparently this was a bit of a nightmare to fit, but after time and effort, the FMI is in in there perfectly. :D. Towing eye relocated.

All this timing, fueling collaberation baffles me. Respect to those attempting to conquer it.......i didnt have the nerve to. I just like the thought of making it the garages problem to correct. LOL....but, i'll probably still be posting up about running problems in a few weeks knowing my luck :lol:

Will have to wait till i have a spare £100.00 to spend on a lil luxury extra like that jacket :) So its a BEGI...now i know LOL. I know its going to be a shock Kev :lol: , been out in Lambo's, Porsche turbos, ferraris etc but obviously not mine LOL, but I'll be having 4 settings on the boost controller, between 280ish and 400bhp :D , so ill have time to get used to the power. :lol: Where abouts in the front have you all squeezed in your Front mount intercoolers??

Thanks Kev! I remember your post a while ago about turbo jackets...probably will get one in a few weeks, i agree they're a good idea. Unsure which 'brand' fuel regulator i have (i'll find out) but its adjustable. The pump is also uprated. Just waiting for the injectors to get back from being sonically cleaned and tested, then i can collect it. :D

Where do you prefer to sit the lil' boost controller - centre console? glove box? Im thinking just above the fusebox or maybe even mounted up on the headlining near the sunroof button? but i have no idead how often im going to need to look at it? :?

Recently there has been debates about the amount of young uninsured drivers on the road.......do you not think MORE rules and regulations will discourage them even more as they wont be able to legally drive the cars they want?...but as a 17yr old, most will just attempt it anyway.

Phoned Brentacre and Adrian Flux, Fairly happy with the quotes, declared the extra (cough) 120 bhp, which will cost me an additional £150.00. other mods declared also. Flux were actually £110.00 cheaper than Brentacre.

Mine have for the last 4 years, they like to know if the work was carried out professionally or by yourself. Plus they need a rough idea of the power to estimate the likliness of you crashing it i guess. I told them my BHP was going to double....they said they'd call me back LOL

Its so frustrating that brakes dictate the wheels so much, Ive been through this dilemma. In an ideal world i'd have huge discs,6pot brakes under real deep dish 16's :lol: . :lol: . But because of the Brembos, couldnt have the car as low as i wanted, or the wheels cos of having to have 17s, 323 discs etc. :lol: But safe fun is better than looking good crashing imo.

No good then. just brought uprated engine and transmission mounts, LOL Back to the drawing board!!
