  1. Cool!! Me and few friends thinking of doing a weekend nearer end of the year. Wouldnt mind getting some details about the trip. You do any special prep on the car? I take you need about £600 all in for the weekend? Did you take lots of spare parts?? Have any issues with tyre wear and the drive back?? Sorry for the 20 questions

  4. Cheers The camblelt was done about 20.000 miles ago. Sorry not 100% savvy with this. What do you mean by doing the tensioner and the other belts do you mean P/S and serpentine? I got a new serpentine belt going on as well. Sorry big weekend all this kinda going over my head at the moment
  5. Hello Im changing my crank bolt on wednesday (well mechanic friend is) and I was just after a quick 'how-to' guide. Ive got a 91 G60 Corrado by the way. Is it something you can do on your own?? Ive read a few threads on the forum but no one seems to say 'this is how you do it...' DO you have to take all the pulleys off. Im changing the idler pulleys at the same time. thanks
  6. I would have thought you would want a bit of gap in there so you can get to the lights in case you need to change the bulbs??? if that is even what you meant?

  9. NO WAY!! I still aint seen your car yet (although my younger brother has pictures of your car on his phone from when it was parked outside Maidenhead libary) and be a shame to lose it from the area. From a disillusioned Maidenhead boy.....

  13. Here, here I agree. Its difficult to resist the urge I think we all understand that urge. Just keep your focus and enjoy ownership of the Corrado!
  14. I got a pearl grey Corrado and I keep giving anthracite colour wheels a second glance.... Think JBOB has got dark colour alloys on his motor but his colour is a blue I think so probably not much help

  17. There you go... http://www.the-corrado.net/.archive/forum/viewto ... tand+alone
  18. Have you got an Oli cooler? I would get that before an stand alone feed. I asked the question about the stand alone a while ago, maybe some useful info on that. Toothed belt drive is good, depends on your mods though, have to be putting out more power than standard to warrant it. Not sure about the air-con thing, maybe give g-werks a call. I would go for the toothed belt drive, but can really see why a stand alone would be good for the charger...... so not much help really
  19. Hello All So I keep thinking getting breakdown cover would be good. So whats your experiences/recommendations?? Not looking for anything OTT, maybe the option of upgrading to europe wide (for the Nurbergring trip! ). Thanks
  20. Very nice car mate, loving the colour!! 8)
