I think what he was trying to convery Daz, in not the most articulate way, is that some people on this forum were assuming that because he is new to the CF, then he is also new to the CRX forum, how he came to that conclusion I do not know. :?

I've got a better idea, why don't you and this guy your going to race in his CRX go to RWUB on 25/9/05 at the pod and we can all see and watch how you two get on, and any else of us can join in too, I know it's not a track but it's still fun.

ah yes! personally, I think that is currently the worst one, because it carries with it that real cheap, jap, plasticky look, it doesnt look good from any angle what so ever, where as the other older cars can be argued they have "character"

Haha, I think a bit of banter is all good, you have to expect a few comments about owning a tractor and all the rest of it if you own a derv, bring it on I would say. I'm sure the pd unit could take a remap, as long as it is serviced properly, just be careful to let the engine warm right up properly and don't floor it below 1,500 revs or whatever. And you could leave the suspension standard and just call it 'challenging' lol. But like you say, the prudent thing may be to just leave it completley, we all like tinkering tho ay!

you considered just remapping/chipping you golf Jim? should yield some good results being a pd and easily removable when you sell.

I think the 350 mustang looks better but obviously doesn't have the same masculine kind of agression. On the ugly side, which I prefer to debate, I do really hate the smart car and the multipla, but they are both very practical, so if we are talking purely looks, the Multipla just pips it! lol

Brilliant, just give her an oil change now and again and who knows, 300k?? LOL. My suspension is on the way out and currently approaching 142k! If it does need chains, it might be cheaper to put a 24v 4mo engine in there, i was offered one for £400! and it's 14bhp up on the vr.

I don't really like the attention it gets but can understand it feels good, still one of the best cars you can get for the money. Don't worry about these work losers anyway, I will always be young at heart and thats what matters ay!
