Hello there Chrishill. Where did u get your RH's from? (Styledynamix?). What ET's do they come in? I would be after the 8x17 aswell - how much did u pay for them?

This is mine on H&R/Koni setup which is only 30/35mm drop but the ride is not compromised in any shape or form! Really wanted to maintain the ride quality - unfortunately they were'nt made a little lower but any drop on standard is a big plus!!

How come u needed 11mm spacers - what calipers/discs are they - obviously not stock! How low is that? :shock:

I also have had a strange smell from vents after hard acceleration - smells more like someones farted :lol: in the car. For weeks me and my G/friend been pointing the accusing finger at each other before realising its from the engine compartment .Any ideas - and dont say "change your underpants"! LOL

Think u could be right there mate! What drop have u got on your C? I've only got 30mm on H&R springs(+ Koni's) - dont know what it'll look like - might have to change to coilys!

I personally wouldn't go below 205 because it'll make the wheel look to puney! - the C is a fairly muscular looking car 8) - but its up to u mate!

Did'nt know they done the KT-1's 9x16 in ET20? Sure they're either 15 or 25 for 5 stud - don't think they're ET20 in 4 stud either! Tornado i'm about to buy these wheels aswell - think they're great! I've been studying sizes etc and come up with 9x16(ET15)215rubber for rears and 7.5(ET20)205rubber for fronts. If u want a good stretched tyre look go for 205 all around - perhaps with 9x16 on front aswell - but its not for me. Strange u never see the 17x8.5's on a rado though????? :roll:

Yeh, the wheels are 16' (7.5J ET35) - think they're RZ or similar on 215 x 40 rubber all around! I waz toying with what wheel size to go for next because 17's would fill the arch better BUT the overall height of the car would be slightly higher than it is now, so i decided to stay with 16'. The car has touched on the front (NB spoiler) in my local NCP but slowing down a bit :wink: prevents it from catching on anything - so its really as low as i want to go for everyday driving. Just about to order my Keskins KT-1's - 16x9 rear/16 x 7.5 front - hope it'll look OK because i love the look on the rims!!!

On the subject of KT-1's - I havnt seen a C with even the 17x8.5's on yet! I would like to if anyone has pics - as i'm about to order them in 16's(x9 rears and x7.5front).

Sorry Kev, think the RC's far better looking wheel than the RX- with its center cap etc - just my point of view though! Anyway CAN THE RC's STILL BE BOUGHT NEW!!! - I've had no luck myself!

Are u sure the RC's can STILL be bought new? 5x100 for VR6?

I paid £148 for my H&R's (for VR6) from Europerformance.co.uk, Koni TA's already on the car when bought :D - about right price for top mounts - only paid £60 for fitting but without 4 wheel alignment/camber check as advised. Happy with ride quality on springs - slight disappointment with ride height - its showing 1.5inches gap in arch on my 16's(RZ's) - could change to 17's to reduce gap but want to keep car as low as poss. - it'll look slightly higher on 17's! The main thing is I've kept the ride quality/lowering on a par . It still looks quite good!

What springs are u using mate? Im running H&R's(with Koni TA's) but only has 30mm drop :( - doesn't look as good as yours!

Forget the RC's now - go for Keskin KT-4's :D

True mate - just changing to clears. Didnt want to break the originals by twisting or pulling them etc.

Thanks Tornado - piccys show what looks like 9x16 (front + back)- looks fab, however i've got Koni TA's & H&R's on mine - its not as low as coilys are :( . Not sure if it will look OK with just my 30mm drop? The other option was to go with 17's - but the KT-1's are 8.5 wide(on 17's) - arch,suspension issues???

Just a quick one here - my first body mod on my VR(94) - wait for it! - Yes u guessed it - its the humble side repeater :D .Anyway , just like to know do these twist to remove(what direction?) - or some other way as im yet to obtain a Bentley manual.Cheers!
