true but 175bhp is just the peak figure, I would imagine the torque spread on a charged 16v would comprehensively munch a traditionally tuned valver.

Your best bet is to contact the bloke and ask him if he has sold ou the right kit. Supplying him with pics to back up your questions. Might be just a case of a quick exchange and you are back in business. -
A charger from a mini, not a very small charger  just my personal opinion, I much prefer the linear delivery to the surge a turbo provides

well, I have it on good authority that brackets for the 24v do indeed exist, and have been seen on r32s, and 2.8 24vs, and I know for certain that the 24v head differs from the 12v beast so....that could be your answer. p.s. let me know if you have a useless 24v bracket to give away ;) -

the important thing is the pulleys are all lined up correctly. That defines what you need to do to get it to fit. Maybes that bracket is for a 24v head, they are similar in design but slightly different in dimensions - if so looks like its no god for you and I will have to take it off your hands ;-) -
supercharge the 16v with a mini supercharger.

true true....I do this when I wash my motorbike, only I use a tea towel lol
-
squashed bugs on the front of your car annoying the cack out of you? Cant get them off at all? Simple get a bath towel and dunk it in some red hot water, then lie it over the area covered in bugs, leave it for 5 mins making sure its stays wet. Then when you remove the towel the bugs just wipe off. for extra stubborn flies just add a but of car shampoo to the water. I thank you.

I will tell you whether its amazing or not when I drive it. The car hasnt been insured for 3 years. I got a quote for 650 quid fully comp on it. I am going to have to insure it come october as my no claims will expire. Unfortunately its still a corrado. I say unfortunately cos my mate insures his lotus seven kit car for 150 quid a year...
