  1. I know I sent one, this bloody Libero server that's a load of ****. As long as you've sorted that's cool.
  2. Yeah, I take it you didn't get my email? Check your spam mail, 99% of the time my emails i send get dumped in there for some unknown reason..
  3. I still have both these here, dunno why I bother sometimes..
  4. I'm still in the middle of doing this.. Make sure you get the matching end bits that slide onto the gearchange cables, two different types available, but both are interchangeable. The hardest bit to find is the actual gearshift tower, 99% of the time they aren't willing to sell it separately. I now remember also That I had to also modify the aluminium polo housing to get the actual shifter to fit, I can't remember precisely what it was but I had to cut a bit off 'cos it interfered with the gearstick's throw, I also had to mod the housing were the small metal plate secures the gear stick's plastic ball in place, the fukkin holes in the housing weren't even threaded so there was no way of securing the gearstick into the housing..great fun threading those small holes.. Just a couple of things that may help you out mate. I forgot to mention the shift weight, you can't use the 02A's version as the attachment is different, just use the hockey stick version fitted to the golf gti model.
  5. Inlet hose off above engine, just a bit dusty/grubby for being in storage since '93. £30 grabs it.
  6. Passenger door handle modified with stronger metal opening finger thing, with or without lock and key. £30.
  7. Certainly not €6000.. €600 to you mate Send me your email and I'll sort out a couple of photos.
  8. Now that is a bit of luck, i have exactly one left in perfect nick.. Want any photos?
  9. Righto..VEED'D will probably be removing his own personal set of roof trims and will be selling for €400 each.. Fukin crazy money for 2 bits of poxy rubber.
  10. Hi David, The radiator is indeed bigger on the a/c equipped corrados. You would also need the longer water hoses too though, possibly off a G60 model that has the 600mm long radiator and possibly the bigger fan housing. If you need the hoses, let me know as i have a few. Cheers-Andrew.
  11. I can't see it being the oil cooler plate, it's on the opposite side of the alternator, could be wrong though, with these cars anything is possible.. Clean the effected area best you can with a can of spray brake cleaner then start the engine, put a small mirror under the manifold and see if you can trace any leaks.
  12. Cam cover gasket maybe? Has the cover been removed recently? Try to repair it quickly as the oil might bugger the alternator too.
  13. Hi Nathan,

Unfortunately I only have a couple of cross members mate, the part you require that sits on top has gone.

    Sorry.

  14. Yeah dal, it's here mate. I'll send you a couple of photos if you send me your email so i can transfer them off my phone to yours. Just make sure that the message doesn't get thrown into your SPAM mail, i've been getting this alot lately.. Cheers-Andrew.
  15. Righto, A few ABV 2.9 Vr6 engine bits left off a genuine 19.000km engine.. Thermostat housing with all the sensors-£70 2x front hubs with abs sensors, you can still see the factory yellow paint Vw applied at the factory-£80 each. 1x complete fuel rail with 4 Bar fpr-£70 1x starter motor-£60 1x exhaust downpipe-£80 1x steering uj joint, the one that's connected to the steering coloum-£30. I'll dig out more stuff as i uncover them.. Remember guys, these parts were only a year old and had 19.000km's on them before the car was rear ended around mid '93. The cars was bought in feb. '92.. Very difficult to find another occasion like this.. I've tried to upload various photos but the forum's attachments file won't allow it, says the photos are too big. Need any photos sent, just send me a PM or message to [email protected] Cheers.
  16. Hi Nathan,

I'll get you a couple of photos later on, as soon as i'm out of work mate.

I'll be sending them off my phone onto your email, please check and make sure that my email doesn't get thrown in the SPAM section of your server, it seems to be happening alot recently and other members of the forum have had the same problem..

    Cheers-Andrew.

  17. I'll check mate. Might even have a few good second hand ones, unbent. I'll get back to you tomorrow.
  18. Might still have a brand new l/h side mate. I'll check tomorrow morning before going to work, if you send me your email I'll send you a few photos off my phone. Cheers-Andrew.
  19. Have you tried disconecting the high pressure pipe and putting it in a transparent container with the engine running? any fluid pumped out? Does the level fall in the oil bottle? You could also try this, get a cut down bolt that's head fits inside the power steering pump's hex cut out on the pulley shaft, remove the serp. belt and spin the pump over using an electric drill this may dislodge any air present that may be trapped. I reckon you could briefly spin it even anti-clockwise, just put the drill on low speed to avoid buggering any one way valves present. At this stage, it's worth a punt.
  20. I might have a few spare mate, later on I'll check for you. Cheers-Andrew.
  21. My bad geeb, I didn't read that part were it's for a Vr.. I have a whole unit off a low mileage Vr but it'd be a sin to open it just for bits. Sorry mate.
  22. Yep, i've exactly one Left mate. If you send me your email, I'll get you a few photos. Cheers-Andrew.
