Nice one matey, it'll be good to see another one being saved! -
Hi mate, welcome aboard. There's a few of us here from Cornwall, where abouts are you? All corrados had the 'karmann interior' , they were all built by hand in the karmann factory in Germany so the badge is there to sybolise that :) Helios blue is a fairly rare colour on rado's, get some pictures up!!
-
No pics, but Jez at RKE colour coded his and it looked pooh IMO, and it also ended up getting scratched to feckery in a very short space of time :( I'd agree that it's a bit 'too much' personaly.
-
I totaly agree with that, i've had alot of rados and have not had ANY major problems and i've also not had half of the 'common faults' that people talk about. It seems to me that you've got yourself a bit of a 'friday afternoon' car Riley mate :( I've said it before, but i'm sure alot of problems can be caused by people concentrating on making the car look and perform better than standard before making the car as strong and reliable as it can be first (i'm not talking about anyone in particular here btw!)
-
Sweet, looks like you have yourself a nice buy then mr drinkenmunkey! :)
-
That looks absolutely awesome on the move in fairness. Still one of my favourites.

Just read this and can only repeat what others have said, totaly gutted for you. I woke up to find a scumbag in my bedroom going through my jeans to find the keys to my rado a few years back , luckily they didn't manage to get away with it and threw the keys as they were chased off. There's nothing worse than having something stolen from you. :( Hopefully you'll be back with another rado soon!

I've had alot of Corrados and have never found them to be unreliable tbh. I allways spend money on making them reliable rather than quick though as i'm not really a speed freak, so I suppose that has something to do with it. I think riley just wants to get into another car so he can join another forum and start expanding his cleaning products business

Hi mate,I saw that rado parked up for sale in Quintrell Downs, it looked OK for the money, glad to see someone's bought it and is not going to brake it! :) Use the search if you have any problems, most things have been covered on here alot, i'm sure you'll find it pretty usefull!
-
Eh?
-
I'm no expert mate, but i'd top the oil up and see if it sorts the rattling, if it doesn't then have the car towed to Stealth!

Same as usual, it's now like watching an episode of 'friends' :pukeleft: - those three public school boys make me want to rip my own eyes out. Such a shame :(

Nice one -Neil-

Watch you don't get it on your fingers though! that stuff is pretty damn sticky!
-
The front seats go in fairly easily, but the rears won't - as far as I know.
-
I've removed his details, it looks likely that there's a plausable answer to why he's not answered, it's not like he's been online and is ignoring you, and other members have vouched for him - allthough, as Blue_Joe says - I have sympathy with your situation. It would be usefull if anyone on here knows the guy or lives in Sheffield that could maybe PM ewang33 if they can help?
-
Yeah, that doesn't sound too unrealistic at all for a car with low(ish) miles and in great condition having just had the essential work done at a well respected garage :)
-
I notice that TSR have re-opened under new management now too.

8v without doubt, if you're looking for economy, if you're not get the VR6! :)
