Project Shadow - NEW ROLLING ROAD RESULTS Pg8 and VIDEO!!
ZippyVR6 replied to LisaK's topic in Members Gallery
Nice power curve, Shees a good looking car. Id be interested to know what you make of the discs once they are worn in. I find mine are great but they squeek like a mouse in a microwave. A few subtle bits to break up the black would be cool. -
Noel does what on your nipples? surely thats illegal in public.

sounds like the poor electric motor has given up the ghost. Game over my man. time to find a second hand one or brace yourself and speak to the stealers.
-
the plastic lead removal tool brings out the plug only. you will need a sticky finger or an extendable magnet once the plug has been unscrewed. the leads just push back on. but be wary of teh plug removing tool. it has a tendancy to snap.

ZippyVR6 replied to bristolbaron's topic in General Car Chat
Messy. But given enough speed. Most cars would do something similar if they met an artic coming the other way. -
You lucky devil Nathan. Great looking job on a beautiful car. have you posted the pics up on the Pistonheads Porsche Forum? bound to get you some more porker work.

Went in to GSF for some bits and the guy started telling me they are stopping doing their silver oil as an alternative to Synta Silver. and aparrently they are using Fuchs now, which is the stuff VW recomend and actually put in cars at point of manufacture. Anyone else heard of this stuff?
-
Cant take the credit for a find. I shamelessly stole the pig from one that Musicman posted on no-rice.
-
the seat fabric looks a bit tacky for a porka. Either way that is a class clip. What a Fool.
-
Feel beter now do you, Eric? Only a fool would ignore the Rados roots and beleive what they are driving is a cut above a Rocco.
-
Blue or Red Pill?

My god. You are a proper anorack. :) I normaly keep my misguided opinions to myself but a liberal dose of glenmorangie has loosened my bullschit gland up.
-
those, bottom two look like smaller, slightly dished teledials, cool.
-
cool. Odd left and right wheels. Might be the new look this year
-
Just found this on No-rice, The prototype Mk 3 Rocco, or is it?
-

Audi A4, 1.9d with sportline spec. Good economical car, quickish, enought toys, Cow seats and style enough to say "I know my cars but dont feel the need to enter a willy waving competition with you"

Top work Sam, and you have a sunny weekend to get some snaps up, ASAP

More than Toast? Christ. thats a lotta love. Im still buying mine the ocasional present when Im feeling flush. She got a new gearknob and some lights for the footwells this month. then she nearly got me very busted for speeding. Its a rocky relationship, but well worth it.

Mat, Corrado dude, thank you Thats the kind of thing I was getting at. I was hoping there would be somewhere on the forum a list of things you need, but a run through like that will do just as well. Ive been getting stroppy with the mostly useless downloadable cattalogue from GSF, as searching for stuff is neigh on imposible.
-
Well instead of all of these thoroughly useless bits of free advice, is there a definitive list of what would be needed for a service on a VR?

Bone idleness. That's the trouble with the youth of today  youth of today, Why I oughta
