    You should be able to out the box in and then fit the fan arm no problem. I started doing this with the dash still in and quickly realised its so much easier to just take the dash off! Its only another 5 bolts afaik, and that way you can move the heater box around a lot easier.

    Anyone know which relay controls the wipers?

    There is a circular black cap over the nut at the bottom of the wiper arm where it pivots, pop that off then you will see the nut.

    Wen i topok my heater box out it was open at the joins too, its just the foam that used to seal it breaking up i reckon. I sealed it back up with duct tape and can feel it blowing a lot stronger now its back together.
