    Shilakadaddy, That sounds good to me, do you know if it is a straight swap into a G60? Should be able to pick up a mk3 16v box pretty cheap too.

    stevett, What spec is your tt running? Thats a seriously impressive 1/4 mile time. I would love to put a tt engine in my C.

    Afaik the windscreen people will replace all of your windows if necessary, all for 50 quid. In other words your windscreen might happen to have been damaged aswell if it needs replacing! Not 100 percent on that though.

    My G60 broke into the 14's at crail- 14.98 It was the fastest corrado to date at the time (7th August last year)

    Took out my exterior window scraper seals and scrubbed them clean, unbelievable amounts of black crap came off them! Windows sound nicer in action now.

    slightly off topic, i take it its safe to bin the splash guards on the rear brakes? they don't half look rank when rusty and would free up maybe 0.5mm more clearance for those of us running 9" rims, i know i could use every ball hair of clearance i can get!

    Got one of the aldi ones today, they had plenty in stock at 3 o'clock. Too wet to try it out but it seems pretty decent quality.

    I'm waiting on a call from autoglass to get booked in. I said to the first guy i spoke to that i'd heard Corrados were notorious but he just said "we do bonded screens all the time" so i guess he hadn't heard about all these issues. I will be examining the existing seals to compare bofore/after. Sh*tting myself now!

    Walesy, Still work in progress mate, wheels are causing aggro though - 320 quid to refurb so i'm thinking of selling them on the bay and buying a brand new set. Either that or Borbet A's but i really love the brocks! Ronan, Have you had any quotes so far?

    KADVR6, i smoothed all of the numbers off mine then sprayed them with Foliatec red tint from halfords then when they had hardened ( two weeks) i t-cut them. Lovely and shiney! Green bulbs and they flash orangeish.

    Did you wax the exposed alloy after polishing it? Unless it is sealed it will tarnish easily.
