  1. Hi Do you have the front offside wing and if so what sort of condition is it in? Thanks Phil
  2. No - there are two variations - early with a three pin connector on the motor and late which have a different harness connector but I can't remember the specifics of the late connector. I think you can fit an early motor to a late panel, but not the other way round....
  3. Finally got round to doing this, having bought a set of Sprinter's reproduced foam liners several years ago but never getting round to fitting it! Not too bad all in all, took about an hour to quickly scrape of the foam, then used a cloth to rub white spirit into the residual glue / foam residue layer and scrape off with a credit card to get back to pretty much pristine paintwork underneath (if only the same was true of the topside of the bonnet, which is definitely due a respray!). Then it was just 5 mins to actually fit the replacement foams - what a difference not to have crumbling, patchy foam!
  4. Don't do it! The value of a car like this is only going one way these days....
  5. I don't think there are many that fit the Corrado because of where the seat belt comes out of the chassi - I've got two of these which fit really nicely into the back of the Corrado - recommended by a few people on here. Not cheap (£90 at Halfords at the moment) but they should last until they are no longer needed, as they start as a five point harness, then you can remove the harness and use with an adult belt. My girls are still in these at 6 and 4....Hope that helps. http://www.halfords.com/kids-zone/car-seats/toddler-car-seats/britax-romer-evolva-1-2-3-child-car-seat
  6. Looks good - I'll go for this. If you could pm me payment details.... Cheers Phil Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
  7. Interested - any pics? Thanks Phil Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
  8. My daily, coming up to 12 years now and 92k, so around 7.5k a year - that said I cycled to work for about 6 years of that! Should break the 200k mark in a couple of years! Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk

  10. Hi I'd like a late VR set please. Pm sent. Cheers Phil Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
  11. Thanks for the replies all. It's split from the section that pushes into the channel, so I'll see it the one from heritage is any good, as I think I'd need an awful lot of sealant to hold it down! Cheers Phil Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
  12. Hi, My outside windscreen trim also needs replacing - I assume you can replace it without removing the windscreen? Can anyone advise how this is fitted - is it just a push fit or do you need to use a glue or sealant to hold it in place? I've (tried to) attached some pics to demonstrate the need! Healight Question

Yep, that's right for how they function. I'm not sure on the connector locations, but think it'll be somewhere on the forum if you try looking for info on uprated looms (ones that use the existing loom, plus relays so that you get battery voltage at the headlights rather than losing a few volts round the wiring harness - well worth it if you haven't already....) 14. Insurance will vary massively - will depend on a load of factors and be anywhere between 100 and a couple of thousand. You may want to check prices for not garaging the car, as due to the increase in size of cars versus garage width, it can increase the premium if you're not in a high theft risk area as you're more likely to claim for paint from moving the car in / out of the garage! 15. How have you ever got out of a building before now?!!!! :-) Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk

    Healight Question

What does the other headlamp do? The headlight you have as dipped is dipped when on dipped, then there is also an extra element in the bulb that comes on when you select full beam - hence the bulb has three contacts on the back. The light you have as main should only come on when you're on full beam. Hope that helps. Cheers Phil Sent from my C6603 using Tapatalk
  17. Hi, Having also done this recently I can confirm a) that it's easy to do! and b) you don't need to pull the ht leads - the lead holder / cover will spin round out of the way without the need to disconnect either end of any of them! Hope that helps! Cheers Phil
  18. Not sure if a full tank of fuel is the right thing to do though - I thought petrol went off over time, so would it be better to leave fuel low and then fill up with fresh when the time comes?
  19. Sorry I missed you - too busy cursing the traffic and being late for work! Yep am local - work in Peterborough, live out in Oundle. Will keep an eye out for you!
  20. That is one good looking corrado! If I didn't already have too many cars I'd be very tempted! Glws...
  21. Hey karmannski, If it was between 830 and 9 that would have been me.... Storm grey vr crawling through the rubbish traffic on my way to work at perkins! Didn't see another corrado about - were you in something else or did I just miss you?! Nice to be spotted - especially given it was first run out after a wash (although not that you'd know it now I've been to work and back!) Cheers Phil
