Hope so mate! but Jude says one will have to go if that happens :(

Yeah i bought quite a few bits of the pro range as you recomended a while ago when I did Jude's brakes on the storm, gave some of them a very hard time but didn't have any problems with any of it. The Woman in the shop said they had a no quibble lifetime warranty too! cant beat that

Yeah its nice to swap a few bits to try and swap back again. I never seem to be able to bring myself to borrow anything from the VR though  Might be another coming this weekend fingers crossed :ignore:

Oh thanks very much for the replys, I think i'm going to take one off Judiths 8v and try that first then if it works then i'll try and get hold of one if its ok. Or just leave it on mine instead :luvlove:  Is is ok to use it without being pluged in then? I can use the romote opening to bypass it then, & is that what folk do when they De-lock them????

Hi all, I'm having a fair bit of bother with the central locking & electric window fuse blowing, i seem to have traced everything back to the item in the picture. The system works great until i plug in the wires that go into the socket on the pump thing (which is normally inside the drivers door) and then it blows (caused a small fire recently too) But yet the central locking is ok and so are the windows when i disconnect it! both without blowing a the main fuse. could it be something else near the fuse box??? What do all the wires do if it works without being plugged in? and why does the handle also have a wire atached?? what does that do??
-
Nice one Jim
-
Cheers for the help with the wiring bit the other day Dave, got the new bits fitted into it now so just need to plug it in and see if it plays ball (means sets on fire) Looking very good too :)

Hi Mate the stuff in halfords is what Zymol designed for utility vehicles rather that cars but you can use it all the same as i have heard reasonable reports on it but the REAL zymol stuff is aroung £40 a bottle which is made so it works well with their wax range. All their stuff is extreemy expensive but i use it and i have to say the results are flipping staggering  with very little work too so if you want your car to look awsomely clean pay a visit to monza car care's website to read more. A good introduction is to buy one of their starter kits which comes woth everything you need to get you going, around £120 i think but trust me its the best way to learn how it all works. Hope that helps.

I Think i may make a purchase

Ok mate, how was it under the screen too by the way? can be really nasty sometimes :pale:
