Id have to agree with that. The red one here looks cool... As for the roadster im liking that ALOT!

Its a looks like a hybrid between a bora at the front end and a corrado-ish at the back. Dont know what to think of it tbh, i cant make my mind up whether it looks right.

as your sat in the drivers seat the fuses are located behind the small shelf closed to the door. It has 2 pegs holding it in. Simply turn the pegs by half and the shelf should pull out. Then you will see the fuses.

ahm my old G60 had that same issue. I thought it was just the trim that wasnt sat correctly.

I feel for you bud. Keep the insurance company well informed that you wish to buy the car back. They may just not be bothered if it gets scratched or dented if they think itll be in a scrap yard within the next week or so.

Thats it, with it being HER fault you can possibly play hell and make them fix it. However, this is still a maybe.

TBH mate, and im sorry to say this, but it'll probably be a write off. BUT only because insurance companies will only use dealer parts, thus dealer prices. Then theres the fitting and aligning and then spraying. Some idiot hit the passenger side front corner of my G60 xmas eve 05. Only needed a new wing bonnet and bumper. But the repair company said it wasnt economically viable. 1, Do you reckon its worth fixing? As a fellow rado enthusiast YES, if youre willing to put a bit of youre own money into it, if YOU feel its worth it then thats the answer youre looking for. 2, It all depends on how much you insured the car for and how much the car with same spec would go for in the Parkers manual. 3, Your best bet, seen as it probably will be written off, will be to buy it back and do the job yourself and/or a garage you know. Youll be able to buy it back for next to nothing and have some spare cash from the insurance claim. Good luck to you mate, sorry to hear this at anytime nevermind when youve just got the car. Can anyone post any pics? ive got an oil problem, with the sparkplugs oiling up. Would like to eliminate this from the possible problem.

Similar outside my girlfriends parents house, normally if im there and her sis with boyfriend. Theres a T4 on the drive, a 25 camper on the drive, my girlfriends lupo SE on the drive, my VR parked at the top of the drive with the her sister boyfriends touran behind mine. Passers by or neighbours must know we like the veedubs :lol:

Yup me too. Does VAG stock ANYTHING for the corrado, i get tired of them having to order it form Germany? e.g. something as little as a bumper bracket.

dont think it matters mate tbh. May want someone else to confirm this though. I THINK the early and late slampanels do differ, but i think the holes for the bonnet pegs and hook are in the same place. Someone may correct me though.

It pished it down that year. I hope just to be able to go down in the rado. Im relatively new to the dub scene, only been to Malvern twice. First time i had wrote off my rado and this time i had just bought it and didnt get delivered to home til the sunday while i was there.

Yeah i know where you mean, I dont think they were there when I went passed. I was there since Friday night and didnt see them, must have just been sunday like you say. Shame really, although its Vanfest there a fair few other veedubs there, have to get more of us to go :lol:

Cheers for the input craigowl. They are indeed a different brand of tyres, but as said above the noise seems to come and go. At the moment the noise cannot be heard, sometimes the noise is quiet and other the noise is noticeably louder. Ill get the car jacked up and on the stands and see if there's any play in either of the the wheels. So (possibly jumping the gun here) say it isnt the wheel bearings, any thing else that could be suspect?
