Cheers.

Mechanically sound non runner hmmmmm  You would think he'd put more details as to why its a non runner.
-
As above really. Though make sure the ground youre doing it on is level. From what i believe its good to have it slightly lower at the back - maybe 10mm or so (undetectable to the eye) as it improves handling.

No never seen a green 8v either. That looks in absolute mint condition. Gorgeous mate!

Just to reiterate what Pat_M said - I think the main problem for many of us, myself included, is that its seems to be a never ending project. When one thing is fixed something else breaks. I have "Whats wrong with it now..?" ringing in my ears constantly. But i know that if i sold it, id regret it with in a week. When ive been unable to drive it due to something broken, once its fixed i realise again why i love it so much. You do have to be committed to Corrado ownership. Jim unless you can honestly say, hand on heart, you would want another once selling then get rid. Other wise keep hold of it and persist. :D

Cheers for the pic mate. If so then the 205s may give a more squared edge as i notice the 195s do give a tiny bit of stretch, but not much. They look good though. I'll contact the place i bought the wheels from re the nut socket. -
Will have a set for sale in about a week or so Swompy if you can wait?

Cheers guys, i thought they were a good price too Redborbet :D Will 195s look a little thin? Ive just bought some 205s so will run them for a while, at least it'll give me an idea of what the tyres will be like. I'll get some pics up when they're fitted, but first i want to order some wheel wax, which i'll be doing shortly. BUt when i get them fitted i assure you pics will be posted. James - yes they're laquered :D I've looked on the internet for a socket for that wheel nut - cant seem to find one. :? -

Oh and i might add those replacement EBC discs i got sent (mentioned a few pages back), they've warped again. These will be replaced with Bosch or Brembo discs and with pagid pads - annoyingly the bosch pads that are on now were only fitted about 3-4 weeks ago so they were a waste of ££. -

Another update. I know they're few and far between tbh. Ordered some new wheels on wednesday - those who have read my "recommend me a wheel wax" thread will know that ive gone for the Cades Eros wheels 16x7j. Ive had a pair of Uniroyals sat in the kitchen waiting to be fitted - but i wanted to hold out until i got the wheels. However fate decided i would have a punture on the way home last night. No problem i put the space saver on, got home in hope to find the new wheels. No wheels, i had left a note to leave them with a neighbour as i was at work, but nothing through the door saying they were with a neighbour. Anyway as i didnt want to drive the week on the spacesaver i went to the garage to get the new tyres fitted. When i got home i was fitting the wheels on my car and the neighbour came over and said he'd got my wheels in his garage  DOH! unfortunate considering id just paid to get the wnew tyres fitted to the old wheels... nevermind ce la vie - though i wanted to get some wheel protection on them before fitting anyway - so no big deal i suppose. Anyway here they are - they dont have the biggest of dish on them but a bigger dish than i thought they would have. Im well happy with them - new wheels can really transform a car and the old wheels made the car look a little rough, so the new ones should improve the look. No pics on the car just yet but here's pic anyway - i'll post one of them on the car at a later date :D The wheels came with a fitting kit - so new spigot rings and also bolts - the bolts ive found arent hexagnol like the traditional bolts, but they are "star" like - will a hexagnol socket you get with wheel wrenches work on these or do i need to buy a new socket for my wrench? - see pic -
Yup sounds about right, mine was a N reg and had engine code ADY. Sorry cant help you on the OBD1 and 2 differences sorry
-
What flavour rado did they come off mate, anything on them to indicate brand. Pics would help the sale :D
-
ah ADY, thats sounds familiar. I think the Corrado 8v was ADY.

I thought the price on the spray was a good one mate tbh. I replaced the passenger window scraper not long ago - though needs fitting better. I have the divers also - not going to to fit that until ive had a respray as i know how much of a byaaatch they are to remove and fit. ---------- Post added at 9:26 PM ---------- Previous post was at 9:22 PM ---------- I thought the price on the spray was a good one mate tbh. Welcome to The Corrado forum mate. Again, pics would be good :D

If you have a market in town there is usually a stall that unlocks them for a fiver. Or check out second hand contract phones on ebay etc.
-
Was just teasing ;) :D
-
Those wheels look awesome mate and the care looks superb!!! Can i ask how much you paid for the respray / what trim are you needing to replace, or is all the trim you took off fit to go back on? More pics would be cool mate :D
