Help- once again the stealers have done us proud and fecked up again and sent us yet another wrong part. The part we need is part of the thermostat housing block. The bit at the front that the "plastic crack pipe" connects to. Its has a female fit for the "crack pipe" and a pipe on the right hand side that goes onto the coolant hose which takes a feed off for the electric water pump. Its held in place with two allen key bolt fixings. Can anyone give me the part number we need? the one they sent us is 022121121E, feck knows what thats for Thanks in advance Gav

Looks good, maybe another layer of tintton the rear lights to make them a bit darker? Gav
-
Tbh its not the greates move grinding the return lip of the arches in the long run, especially if you might be getting them falred at any point. The rear arches are double skinned and if the skins seperate you run the risk of them rotting out from within. They can be sealed but that seal gets rubbed off if your tyres still catch and rub. If you are going to cut them, take a little bit off at a time and see how it goes. You can alwsya take metal away but its much more expensive to add it Gav

looked really goodwhen you drove past at fleet. Are the rims staying or going for something different? slightly smaller and wider perhaps? Seems to be a lot of transmission loss on the RR or is that normal for g60? Coming along nicely though Gav -
Bodywork will be first as its a a bit ratty in places and need to get the rear arches sorted. Itll be a turbo when it comes to it though Gav
-
couple of updates.... comments welcome Gav

Have a look at nikki's if you want to see what the Passat handles look like colour coded in Blackberry Gav

sorry only just had another look at the thread. If youve got a decent bodyshop they can pull the arches whilst still keeping the oe lines. M15VW had her rear arches pulled and flared by over an inch either side and unless its parked next to another rado you cant tell the difference. Got some pics on my old rado but i was using huge spacers and running a daft et. Will get some pics tomorrw Gav
-
yup defo put us down mate, my rado is in very deep disguise though so not sure if ill be allowed to attend???? Gav
-
....and a K+N custom induction kit, smoked side repeaters and stainless exhaust Gav
-
hmmm...not liking where this thread is going.... you forgot the pulled arches, samcos, SFS hoses, remote central locking with the alarm. Prob a load of other things not mentioned but cant think of them at present. Gav

look very similar to the modern lines ove got on my estate at the moment , 9x16 rear, 8x16 front not sure of the et of the ones in the pic poss et21 front and et15 rear. Look spot on imo, had 3-peice modern lines on my last rado. Gav
