g-werks are very simular to the oem ones... the psd ones are conical and the bahn brenner ones are there own billett design

a g60 on a g40 block will produce around 1.6bar on a 65mm pulley and has a x-flow head as std. so yes they do flow better. but sort the head on a pg and wind them up :wink:

so why did you actually remove the head... you seem to of given yourselve alot of unesscery work there

yes.... if standing from the front of the car it on the upper left hand nipple on the back of the throttle body.

yes it will.... just remember to blank of the oil feed / return pipes and you will be fine also u will need a shorter belt

give it a tap side to side with a rubber mallet.. it will proberly have some built up corrosion around it but it will budge...with a tap

BigTartanTimmeh, I think you knew what i ment.. :ignore: I would recomend nero-zero tyres btw... :wink: if you wanted to stretch a little more here is some 195's on TT rims which work very well imho.

it was more of a cost issue to be honest mate as i sourced a 78k engine for £350 so with all new gaskets/belts/tensioner and water pump was still less than rebuilding the original head... anyway She lives !!!!! :lol: -

Its in mate... deliverd at 3.30 and in by 5.00 just need to pick up a new water pump in the morning and we should be back to square 1... at least i know the history of the engine now -
your fueling / timing will need checking ... also boost will need checking you cant just fit these bits and expect massive gains the do need setting up.
