Fuel filter? Distributor Cap? Rotor Arm?

Cooked your cats?? Can't you just go to KFC like the rest of us... In all seriousness the simplest way might be to smash the interior honeycomb out with a long metal pole. Might not be easy but should do until you get the new ones fabricated?
-
Well finaly sold the RX7 so means VW content inside ;)

So you did buy it after all! And here was i thinking you were still driving around in that Vento that won't quit! I'll have to come and give it the once over soon! Congrats bro! -
Looks like it sold for £1600 as well!
-
For a long time i thought it was N '96, til i saw a P reg on this forum!! so '97 I think.
-
Back on topic though i'd refurb the wheels... think they're worth saving
-
As mentioned above Mike the wheels weren't always on a Corrado, which may explain the choice of tyre size. Said garage are no longer used as I stopped using them when they forgot to attach the lambda after replacing the CAT. EDIT: No worries then Mike :D Jason

Mike, hope the project is coming along nicely. I got the wheels for less than the price of a packet of cigarettes, if you put the pics up I'm sure people will understand why! The guy i bought them from had them on a mk3 golf that was hit on the passenger side at high speed knocking him into a central reservation. Personally i'd keep and refurb em as RX's are timeless classics for the Corrado (have you ever met anyone that didn't think they suited the Corrado!?) Or you could just drive into another kerb giving you a lovely set of 4 matching wheels!

I'm getting the same problem!! Maybe my PC is telling me that i should create my members gallery!
-
Does it come with all the required ancillaries? I understand it needs solenoid, vacuum tank, electrics plus more possibly? I'm sure someone else can confirm whats required.
-
That is seriously impressive!
-
Anyone know if 2.8 Golf VR6 hoses will fit Corrado 2.9? Cheers
-
Got the chance of some cheap solitudes and wonder whether its worth replacing the original speedlines while i look for my perfect wheels! Any pics greatly appreciated!
-
You thinking of the Atlantique? We'd be doing this guy a favour if we dropped his Corrado in the Alantique! Sacre bleu!!
-
Cheers mate, yeah had a look on the search and although i found a bit of info, nothing that fully answers my questions! Its the same whether the engine is warmed or not. Two mechanics have said gear selector... just need to know what im looking at paying
-
People, my G60 is a nightmare to get into 1st. Reverse & 2nd are also a bit tricky?? A mate reckons its the gear selector... how much am i looking at & do i just go to a scrappy & ask for selector/linkage?? Am i right in thinkg passat & mk2 golfs are the same? I really need this sorted before I put the car up for sale. Passed MOT with this problem as well  Cheers in advance

Gotta be a Rieger one IMO. It looks like it could well be OEM, subtle but different. Very cool 8) -

Looks pretty smart Kev, was it easy to wire in? -
Gotcha big_chris. Does that mean older Audi wheels are 5x100 and will fit? seen some 5 spokes from old shape (98 i think) a4 which might do the trick
-
Yeah they're new a3 wheels. the ad for them doesent say but i was under the impression audi were 5x112. might have to be some Azev A's if i cant get hold of a set of NickVR6 Speedlines :( ..... the hunt goes on!
-
Anyone tell me if these will go straight on? They are 16 inch diameter, 7J 5 stud with an offset of 42. What do we think of them? I'm looking for some chunky 16" 5 spokes to kinda keep the original look of the speedlines? Any ideas greatly appreciated...
-
NickVR6 - That 2nd set you have are perfect for a VR i think. Nice find. 8) They say imitation is the best form of flattery! What are they & where from?
-
did you ever get this sorted? as 17" rs6's were pretty high up mon my list for new wheels!!?
-
Well G Werks are likely but what does everyone think? Im lookin to keep the car pretty standard but take advantage of subtle mods.

Hello all im am the proud owner of a Midnight blue G60 and need a cat bypass pipe. Im pretty confident that its the 51cm i need but just want to make sure as i dont want to order the wrong part as it could be the 76cm one
