hi lippy my borbets are 7.5j up front and 9j at the back i cant compare to a smaller alloy im afraid but imo she handles well if your at E38 and theres a spare bit of unused road you can take the G for a quick blast if you want!

i cant see how the fuel gauge would go wrong thou chap as the sensor will be in the tank! maybe he means the computer that tells you the m.p.g etc but i wouldnt of thought that would be easy fix

there is a torque setting for pretty much everything shaggsy but i think if you go 90degrees or quater turn past tight this will be fine! iirc on the mk6 escort that we done recently it was 19nm but like davidwort anything like water pump and brackets etc i do them with a ratchet untill i cant do them any tighter with my hands that usually works it is only with wheels and brakes etc i make sure i have the proper torque settings and

walesy yes of course sorry i forgot that a fmic is a must for a high powered g60 and some red top injectors! speak to darren from g-werks for toothed belt think the kit is £285 iirc

the next thing you can do is get a 65mm pulley with a toothed belt conversion get you inlet mani p&p and might as well do your throttle body while your there! then an r1 SPEC charger! then get a bigger bottom end bored out to a 1940cc or whatever you want to go to! like blue joe and henny have done then i think you'd get close to your 250bhp! like mike_g60 from the forum! regarding turbo conversions thou fella there is loads of threads on here just have a search! p.s your power output is very similar to mine freaky!

Will it be ready? for E38 hi all have had another change of plan with the wheels dont actually know if this is feasible untill next week but i want to go down the bbs rs route update today thou is i've just got my boost re-route kit! Cheers Andy

the r1 sc they just port it further i believe so also that it is an exact match for a rsr outlet! full prices are on darrens website kelvin http://www.g-werks.com but as for spec fella im not sure what extra it gives you over s4!
