  1. were can you buy these hub -centric spacers and how much.as i have this problem of not being able to get the spacers centralised.
  2. hi leon i am also at this stage of what sus kit to go for i have heard good things about fk konisport kits , possibly the best kit out there but at £600-£700ish .now personally that is out of my budget.but you can get other fk kits at£ 300-£400 which are hight adjustable only but still very good over the usual cheap kits out there.as leon says any other views would be cool .cheers brian.
  3. hi i am also looking into this kind of set up. if a group buy goes aheadat at good price .then please put me down. so what make, model and price are we looking at .what is recomended at the moment .by the way mines a g60 raddo.do they fit all models. :D
  4. hi just to let you know. i have fitted only the rearfront wishbone bushes to my raddo g60,from powerflex, only £33+vat .what an improvement, much better than standed,as mine were knackered.bit of a bugger to fit but well worth it . would strongly suggest just changing the rears only.but if getting for a g60 make sure you get part no 204s.as was first sold 203s and would not fit needed deeper bush.but like i say now there in there superb.
  5. now have two sets in each wheel for now and much better. they are all plastic, but would like to fit solid ,ally or steel single items in future. the size i am after is 63 down to 57.1mm. if anyone can help out great.also can you get spacers with built in spigot rings.
  6. hello guys have a set of wolfrace 17s but need to fit spigot rings to fit properly. does anyone know were to get some. ally ones would be best. tried a search but no luck.i also have spacers on fronts,so longer spigots will be required for fronts .tried demond tweeks but no web site found . any help would be great cheers. :)
  7. thats a good day for me ,thanks darren will call you tomorow as being xmas day ect.cheers speak to you soon 8)
  8. darren ,i am in the heathrow area ,but would happily travel down to you . im off work till 5th of jan .is there any day you might be able to spare a little time to check out my raddo.and i will be very gratefull. thanks again and happy xmas. :D
  9. ok so one way valves not recommended. darren adjusting the isv what does it do,does it adjust idle or high boost lose?
  10. from cold. idle speed was all over the place would also rise to about 3k sometimes. then would settle, then drive and idle ok,even before i fitted chip and 68mm pully. now it drives ok, but intermittantly runs poor spluttering with loss of power. the other night i set co to 2.5% in tuning mode.took for a drive and ran realy well , the computer showed 40-50mpg .i could not belive it.then started spluttering and running very rich.adjusted co back to 550ohms,then drove home . like i say it was realy flying then lost power and rich.could this be distibuter or knock senser.thanks for helping out with fault. :?
  11. have checked all hoses all look ok,still have carbon canister, havent tried blocking any pipes yet which ones toblock
  12. but i have heared that idle is better, and generally the engine runs smoother. is this wright or wrong.as my g60 can be all over the place on start up from cold. anyone out there fitted one and do they work in anyway.cheers. :?
  13. sorry forgot to mention im sure that this fault was there before chip swap .just seems to have got worse.
  14. hi darren i have a german chip from thomas,im sure the timings ok . may have to ask you to take a look at it some time ,also do you have the plug in computers to test for faults ect.what would you charge for ecu check and set up. thanks for reply.
  15. hi steveo problem started only when started from cold would splutter for a while then cleared.now problem has started when warmed up and driving along. parts changed as follows. metal head gasket/blue coolant sensor/o2 sensor/s,charger/chip and pully/ignitionkey switch. now the only parts i havent changed yet are.distributer/coil/knock sensor. i have heared that hall sensors inside distributers are prone too failing, also the knock sensors can fail. have checked all earths allseem ok,have set co pot to 550 ohms and also tried other settings had car running nice ,drove for a while then started running rough possibly rich any ideas on a possible cure much thanks :?
  16. hi all have been trying to get co set right, got it running nice last night went for a spin and was going very well ,then started running s**t. could it be coil, distributer or knock sensor as i feel it could be one of these three .i have heared that the hall sensors can be a problem any ideas.cheers
  17. thinking of fitting a one way valve or check valve to isv to prevent boost leak and was wondering which way to fit direction of flowas you look at engine. was possibly looking to use a black plastic one way heater valve from heatermatrix recall valve kit sourced from a scrappy or if anyone on here has a spare one please let me know cheers all. also is this the same as an isv rerout kit
  18. also ment to add that maybe it has a air leak and requiring mor fuel to compensate.allhoses look ok cant hear any ofeoce leaks
  19. thanks for all replys.when i was adjusting in tuning mode adjusted co to 1.0% then switched off and checked ohms at 1&3 on co pot and showed about 225ohms. now maybe its because i only have a cheap c0 machine, but the car seemed to run better than at 550ohms.also it seems to run poorly at anything above 550. spluttering and revs rise up and down when started from cold. also what is everyone setting timing to. cheers all. :? about that chart though
  20. have 68mm chip and pully ,decat exhaust ,kandn filter.would like to know what to set the co% mixture to in tuning mode.have tried several settings 2.0%.3.0%,1.5%and 1.0%.and seems to run nice at about 1.0%. it has a german chip and not been on a rolling road yet.going well now. would like to know if there is a recommended setting. at 1.0% the pot readings are about 225-230ohms.. cheers all..
  21. does anyone know any uk suppliers of turn2 engine mounts or similer
  22. cheers for replys have taken them off and fitted plastic tubing for now. checked the valves by blowing through them and found that the metal one wasent working properly so cleaned and knocked it about a bit ,now flows better and may refit at a later date after i flush system properly.
