Cheers, Brace is an eibach one, clearance is ok on the pipe, the cover does touch tho. TBH honest most engine movement will on the front, less still if you have VT mounts fitted (hopefully).
-
LOL - no probs - lookin forward to getting out and about again!
-
Deliberately tried to keep it looking OEM with the black hoses, have a stainless heat shield for the filter, not sure though as its quite bling LOL As for selling the house...probably worth less than the car LOL! if it could sell that is!

Cheers fellas, Ned to get it ready for the MOT now, probably will take it to your guy Andy, don't think it will be for a while tho. As for the conversion, sounds like you've done pretty much what I did LOL...best way IMO!! If you get stuck give us a shout.

Cheers, hopefully get out to some shows early next year!

Don't think the boss would be too impressed LOL

Welcome back dude! That was some break! -
Nope...I have done an engine swap and an fitting an aftermarket ecu, need to find the wire for the fuel pump relay so it can be connected to the new ecu. Was told it was the red/yellow wire and there should not be 12v coming from it. not the case though?
-
Just trying to find the wire that will make the fuel pump run
-
Bit stuck trying to find the wire that goes to the ECU that makes the fuel pumps kick in. Was told it was red/yellow, and to test it by earthing on the car body (fuel pumps should prime). However before earthing to check there is no 12v supply coming from the wire....prob is I have 12v coming from the red/yellow wire??? Any guidance most appreciated... :notworthy:

Congrats! Much more interesting than a Rolls Royce! -
Minor updates.....been doing mostly fiddly small stuff. E.g. fabed up a rad bracket and water res mount, now finally fitted the rad including slimline fans. fans.JPG[/attachment:sygc5gwa] Plan to fit the loom later tonight and do the fuel lines and water hoses sometime next week.

Recommend Venair.....good Q and decent price
