Don't forget to weld a plate over your blower intake in the scuttle, else you will get engine smells coming thru to the cabin.

Not had it up to temp yet TBH> How did you wire yours? My QPE temp output loom had 2 wires, one was wired to the engine for earth, the other to the original sensor wiring? Have heard of peeps having to use a resistor, Ben said I would not need this. I can provide more info if needed tho. regards Sukh

Loving the interior...looks bang on! :salute: -
Nice work mate. My old brake lines and clips etc were just as rotten.....would sort out your fuel lines tho.....they should not be crossed. The rigid lines need to be kept straight. Looks as if someone replaced the fuel lines (rigid blue and black ones) and got them on the wrong way round. Black should be fuel to engine Blue should be fuel return

Does anybody know how to repair a hydraulic jack?
blue95 replied to aclwalker's topic in General Car Chat
You can change the oil, if its a seal it can be repaired....not usually financially viable tho. Under no circumstances would I ever knowingly work with a dodgey jack, it's just not worth the risk, get another one ASAP IMO. -

For mine I changed the 20v oil sump plug for one with a built in temp sensor, and just extended and attached the old wire to that. http://www.twenga.co.uk/offer/15103/530 ... 14802.html
