  1. I know Corrado interiors very well
  2. That's the correct screw. Maybe it's been over tightened and hasn't allowed for the expansion/contraction during temperature changes. Occasionally when people remove them they can stab the screw driver into the leather by mistake..
  3. They are flat heads and quite long from memory. Can you upload a picture?
  4. Hey, did you manage to send out as need to MoT car for the new buyer so he is taking her once fixed. Ta. Rams
  5. Well today I've agreed a sale for the car complete. After an emotional day coming to terms with her going I feel encouraged that he Is the ideal buyer. I didn't even advertise the car but someone has as much love for it as I do and I'm sure he will enjoy the long drive home. When she officially drives away I will be getting my gfriend to do the hand over. Don't fancy seeing that. The test drive was hard enough and I just let him take it out as didn't want to sit beside anyone in my own car..... He seems like a great chap and as crazy about Corrado's as I am. He said it certainly doesn't need more power! Lol. Thanks to everyone for all the help along the way, even confided in my parents abroad and as they said, you've enjoyed the car and it kept you occupied and its something you can always look back on. Have met some great people along the way and hope that I can still be helpful when stumped questions arise. Rams
  6. That would be great. I will send you my details. Cheers Rams
  7. Would need to be vag comed I would think? Ie tested on a car. If that's not possible then I'm happy to try it and if it doesn't work and can't find one that does then will send mine off....
  8. Perfect. Can it be tested before hand by any chance?
  9. Looking for one ASAP please to MOT the C. Cheers Rams
  10. These kind of works always brings a smile. Love the attention to detail - it's becoming truly exceptional
  11. Someone has stepped forward from quite far away and is interested to buy my Corrado. It started off with him wanting the entire interior for his project and now asked if he could buy the complete car and wants to see it this week! This is horrible. It's almost like selling a limb. He's coming from a few good hours away and although I haven't advertised it yet probably because I don't have the guts yet but he's somehow managed to get me talking and is a big Corrado enthusiast and sounds like he could be the perfect chap to continue with her and get it to that perfect machine. So in some ways, if it goes complete then she lives on which is nice because it's a Storm. Otherwise, I may consider a proper advert and will try selling as a complete unit first. Originally I didn't like this idea but I don't have to do the hand over I suppose, will ask a friend to do it so won't have to see it being driven away. That's always the hardest part!
  12. Holly smokes! Fantastic result!
  13. Also, the chrome door locks are re available. Harrier pulled out and forgot to mention. Also the foam bonnet pads but have just replied to Charlie who asked for dibs and will let you know if he doesn't need them now.
  14. The car is definitely to be broken for parts guys so this weekend, the interior is coming out and will get some photos up and will call the ' Roll up Roll up. Please, anything you chaps need and ladies for that matter, give me a shout. Happy if you want to come down and see the car and bits you need can be removed together etc.
  15. They are already spoken for I'm afraid. Just waiting for the first chap to confirm otherwise Harrier asked for them along with some other parts. Should either fall through, I will let you know mate. Sorry
  16. Yes no problem. It's will do one door just to confirm. Please paypal me as gift or bacs me to avoid charges... Please put your full name and address and what it is that you want on the notes. Cheers
  17. Don't say things like that....... I get a sudden spike running through my body when someone says oh no.... That's a shame! She's parked in a garage at my friends house and it's so silly but I feel guilty and it's although the car knows I've cheated on her. I do have it bad don't I! I keep going uuhh and panicking but I guess I need to kick the habit with this car. If I didn't have so much tied up I would never have consider selling out but I have less time to attend events, they always seem quite a distance from Bournemouth and I got the bug to make it faster and would have meant more time off the road. I will miss the sound and exhaust popping and characteristics of a powerful engine in front wheel drive. Was always a challenge but everything felt so solid that it made it a fun experience and always thinking she performed to my expectation if not exceeded it. What's worse is the last few weeks, I went out each day for a week and swear that I had a comment every day I went out from someone saying nice car, people stopping me at the petrol station and so on. It was like a sign that kept tempering me saying, see just keep it. At the end of the day, if the big items I advertise don't sell, then I would keep the lot. I'm all or nothing usually. Look I'm talking myself out of this.... I will be selling up.... I will be selling! Ha ha.
  18. Hey Harrier - no problem... Will see what the chap comes back with re foam pads. If not. They are yours. Have a parcel shelf Harrier..... Lol
  19. I've got 5 pieces here my friend, my car isn't here to check.... I would be looking for an offer around the £60 and delivery on top. Here they are
  20. These are just bits I have cluttering up my cupboard space. I've got an entire garage full of bits.... I've actually got 288 and also currently being blasted and wet painted some 312's and have all the items and hoses. That will be a little time yet I would think. Depends how quickly bits are sold and when I've got time to remove it all. I thought if start with the small bits and get them out of the way then bring the car home and go through a full list etc.
