  1. Well I'll be.............http://url.the-corrado.net/a18c11 ...... half way down
  2. Panic quickly follow as Andi finds he's run out of toilet roll...
  3. Nah, you can buy new lenses anything else you need to get the whole light unit.
  4. Doubt it, the reflectors in the h'lights are very delicate.
  5. The passenger side one isn't too bad and is a bit of a case of not having the correct tools the thing is that i can actually see that screw from behind the light unit, so i know what I'm drilling. The drivers side one is a pain as I've got no idea if I've got the screw or the back of the light!
  6. Yes but on my policy they would have cost me £500 + more over my current cover, but thats off the point... If the company openly admit that they don't have cams as a modification just get the guy to send you an e-mail stating that they are aware of the the mod.
  7. Also, somone seems to have sprayed silly string on the front and back.... or may be a very creative sea gull has attacked the car??
  8. Cheers, Pretty sure i did clip them in but its worth another go just to check.
  9. Just taken a selection of pikkies Standard blade.... Aero blade....
  10. the main problem is that they'll need to be about 5 - 6 inches long to be able to get onto them
  11. well the cross on the heads are basically non existant, tried a driver and hammer today but still didn't work :(
  12. yeah that would make sense......
  13. Don't think i'd use anything but a stiff brush some engine oil and a cloth when cleaning around there. Carb cleaner could be somthing as it will evaporate off, but it will go in an upwards direction.....
  14. Maybe, but it would still be a case of the company being bothered to follow it through and actually strip down the persons engine bay.
  15. That it would take a seriously keen eye and perhaps a micrometer to see that KR cams had been fitted.......also the huge amount of effort of removing all of the inlet manifold and cam cover...why would they bother
  16. I shall take one tomorrow, if i remember.
  17. Having fun and games trying to get all 3 headlight screws out! I've got new bulbs and lenses to go on and all that’s stopping me now are the recessed screws on each light unit which are seriously knackered! I've begun drilling one out on the passenger side where I can see the screw from behind the light, so I know what I’m drilling in to and this seems to be working. The other side is more difficult as I can't see what I’m drilling!! Anyone got any handy rusty, knackered screw removal tips???? Oh and a recommendation to anyone who hasn't changed any screws under their engine bay to stainless........Do so now, while your able to!! :) :) :)
  18. Hi all, Needed a new rear wiper blade so i thought i give one of these retro fit aero blades a crack, also wanted to test it on one of the front wipers to see if i could save myself £70 on buying the lupo ones! Well testing it one the front wasn't successfull as it only wiped about 1" at either end of the blade, just proving how crud the standard wiper arms are, not even being able to apply enough force to counter act the bend of the blade! On the back it worked very well, and certainly looks a bit better than a standard blade Got it from these guys http://www.autobulbsdirect.co.uk/ £11 for an 18" one
  19. some form of shunt might be needed then, somthing like nose pliers should be enough
  20. Indeed that will make it easier, the fuse is rated up to about 190*c. mine was ok without the heat shunt and i did have the iron on it for a relitivly long time
  21. I think g12 will mix with all. If in doubt change it, probably better for it anyway.
  22. Excellent, cheers guys.
