if its an original pop to your local dealer and they hold a set to fit all oe types. they will get the one to fit and remove all of them for you. will prob charge 1/4 hr labour or will prob waver it if you buy a new set from them. if not then socket as mentioned, drilling or phone your local snap-on dealer and ask if he has sold a locking wheel nut remover toll kit to a garage locally and take it to them. the kit has a adapter that sits in the wheel abd you center punch the nut. you then use a impact driver with a cutter type tool that digs into the wheel bolt and as you hit it you undo the bolt. works brilliantly

-
Given the age of the G60's, and the cheapness of the hall sender (around £35 from memory) I'd just replace it anyway. they want £87 from work for one, where do you get yours from
-
and another :D but not me

Forgive the Passat Handle Question (Updated with pic.)
exturbo2003 replied to OSV's topic in Engine Bay
Do you get it chromed for the £82?! You can get the handle's for nearer £50 though. for non genuine and a passat one for £11 if not vw. so point still the same -
What ever. If you've nothing constructive to add, keep your tripe to yourself. as i gave figures i would say it was constructive, all i think it will show is possably a faulty lambda, unless its my chip and that alters it. i did ask if anyone could explain it so your answer is less constructive then mine. good luck to you selling them as they have a place, but i would be interested in a wide band version.

also could be power relay, warped disc, damaged sensor or ring, wheel bearing, loose wheel bolts, cv joint. it might be something else and the abs is just warning you
-
to test sensors ohms resistance across the 2 wires from the sensor ohms from each sensor wire to earth ac current across 2 wires from sensor, spin wheel fast and you should get a reading, it will vary with speed. test all first also give me all details of car and will see if any known faults for you need chassis number, year and engine code
-
personally think its all a load of crap. set up no lambda = 4% at idle 1.5% at cruise 9.9% at full throttle connect lambda and its .9% at idle and all lights on my afr are correct set up at 1% at idle i get .2% at cruise 4.1% at full throttle reconnect and my afr reads the same as this is what my lambda does so you tell me how will i know if my mixture weakons off when driving

Forgive the Passat Handle Question (Updated with pic.)
exturbo2003 replied to OSV's topic in Engine Bay
paid £25 for the rear passet mechs from the stealers. 2 handles and 2 mechs came in at £83 worth every penny. if you break a handle now only £17 instead of £82 for a corrado one -
