the driveshaft counter weight is there to stop the long tube from resonating under high speed or load. ever seen that clip where the bridge starts swaying and twisting and then falls apart, thats what the weight does. thats the theory but in reality you probably wont notice it. the counter weight on the subframe i dont know why its there. will look at the workshop manual and see if mr vw says why tomorrow at work

Just to be anal it doesn't increase fuel pressure at the injectors but reduces the resistance above the metering head plunger, it is this that casues the mixture to richen. to be anal the injectors open with pressure and nothing else, so to get more fuel in you need more pressure you can also do this with the system pressure but it is not as accurate. control pressure lowering allows the air flap to open further for a given throttle setting. the flap lifting lifts the plunger and so more fuel, but there is an increase of pressure at the injectors

will try and see at work today, know you can do new ones to a set milage but dont know about correction

flash leads will not improve horse power, but, the bigger the conductor the lower the resistance. just like your amp cable the thicker wire has less loss over a given length then a thin wire. what this means is that in extremes you will get a healthier spark with the thicker low conductivity wire. so in theory, acceleration and temp extremes and starting should be improved, as should fuel consumption and spark plug life. like i say thats a THEORY dont know if it works tho, only that magnecor are crap, stay away at all costs

my 92 g60 if it has them has nothing in the manual, but cant try it out yet :oops:

what alarm is it also lock the car with the key and keep the key turnt, the window should roll all the way up

Maybe Darren (g-man) would be best answering this but basically g-werks specialise in 'charger rebulds etc & Pitstop do the rest of the mechanical work. They share adjoining premises. They also do SNS re-chips too. :D better is that g-werks specialise in G60's and pitstop in G40's both do charger rebuilds and are collaberating on all projects steve at pitstop did my charger

got the same prob new sender , new thermostat, just stopped one day. wiring okay so must be the dash panel insert :cry:
