    porsche d90s

I'm running 205's on 8's with next to no stretch, so 215 is fine as already said

    Heat wrap

Forgot about this  Thanks for the reply, looking at the link, they dont seem to sell 50ft packs :?
  3. Best/cheapest place to buy and quantity for a VR six branch
  4. Spot on, nice work on the arches 8)
  5. Like these then http://www.larkspeed.com/index.pl?p=PKBK166S17&a=i
  6. I'd say keep saving until you can get the newest one you can afford, K is one of the earliest VR's, same as mine and unless its in exceptional condition, I'd look for something newer, plenty about and its a buyers market
  7. As Dukest said, it depends on the offset (ET) 35 is about perfect, high offsets will give rubbing problems with your suspention, low offsets will give problems with your arches, also check the centre bore, should be 57.1 for VW, some others, such as Subaru have the same 5x100 fitment, but the centre bore is smaller, these would have to be machined out. Do you know the make of the wheels?
  8. The VR is 5x100, 17x7's will be fine, better with 7.5's to fill out the arch, think the weights may be a bit heavy
  9. I run 17x8s with 205s, perfect
  10. Well, the refurbed head I had, wasn't as refurbed as I thought, so now its been rerefurbed  Will be fitted shortly along with a big-bore throttle body :) 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfPICT0354 (Large).JPG[/attachment:3u3cv169] PICT0355 (Large).JPG[/attachment:3u3cv169]
  11. Yep, they do sit a bit higher, here's a couple of pics of the cross bar I got made to secure the TT subframe in the original runner climatronic wiring-Golf from May 01.pdfPICT0356.JPG[/attachment:3lxku08i] 2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfPICT0357 (Large).JPG[/attachment:3lxku08i] PICT0358 (Large).JPG[/attachment:3lxku08i]
  12. You may have got more answers if you asked in the correct forum  Welcome anyways
  13. Mines are fitted as per guide, its the easiest way as it allows the seats to move as they should on their original subframe, they are fine as long as you are less than 6ft tall as they do sit slightly higher than standard
  14. Got the Teeshirt2.8l 24v Climatronic system.pdfPICT0161 (Large).JPG[/attachment:33qluapf]PICT0204 (Large).JPG[/attachment:33qluapf]

Nice plate Greame 8) When I first looked at the pick, I got a vision of an Audi Quattro
  16. That'll be Blue Pearl Effect then  1990 colour
  17. Yep, we have them on our S-Line, look crap, get the grinder out

    Nice purchase Greame :shades:
  19. Have you driven a MK4 Shaun, better looking car, IMO of course, no DSG though
  20. Get a grip man, when its gone, its gone and is undoubtedly irreplaceable, if it were mine and I were selling, I'd not accept less than 20k, but then, I wouldn't sell
  21. The 323 discs will be fine, its the calipers that cause the problems, as Karl says, some spacers will do the trick
  22. Tasty, price wise, is that just under 20k? if so, its pretty cheap for the money thats been spent, plus the car in the first place 8)
  23. ET is just a bit high, 12-15mm rear , 8-10mm front
  24. Very nice, well done, I stuck a link up in the Ebay forum for this car, looked like a fairly well looked after example, decent mileage and the money the guy was asking was very fair, I do hope you got him down a bit though
