First update since Oct 08 :shock: Time to get this Rado back on the road, its been lying in a lock-up for long enough :cuckoo: Refurbed cyl head going on in the next few weeks, got the new rims on this weekend, OZ Ultraleggera 8x17's with plenty of Brembo clearance 8) Didn't really want to change the RC's, but wanted rid of the spacers, so I can now get it a bit lower. Stuck a new battery in and first turn it fired up, not bad for sitting 15mths :) My intentions are to run it till winter, then its time for a change, going for a MK4 R32, I'll probably brake it as the body is passed its best and its not really worth paying for a respray as its just more money down the drain, will see what happens at the time :shrug: Here's a few pics of the new rims and Brembo's, also a nice leather wheel I picked up of ebay.de :grin:

I'll be trying one of the Oz rims on the car in the next couple of days, if they clear the Brembo's without using a spacer (which I'm pretty sure they will) and they look ok, then yes

The seller will have to sign part 1 to assign the number and also sign part 6, to add you as the nominee, better if they do not date it, you will then have until the cert runs out to assign it to your vehicle So once i've been added as a nominee by the current 'owner' - does that instantly make me the legal keeper and not him? :? No, only once it has been assigned to your vehicle, just get them to sign part 1 & 6 as said, take the cert to your local DVLA office with your V5 and Tax disc and they will sort it out as you wait

I picked that one off Pistonheads up today and drove it 190 miles home no problem at all! What a bargain!!! Apparently he'd had over 300 emails and 25 viewings with people offering way over the asking price of £1500. Thankfully the seller honoured our agreement. Many hours of fun ahead!!! Whats the mileage on it, looked pretty clean in the pics, well done :salute:
