  1. My accelerator pedal that is. :D Can someone supply me a part number please for a replacement cable? And how awkward is fitting the new one? Will I need new grommets etc for the bulkhead or are these fitted to the new cable? Cheers muchly! 8)
  2. :gag: ... :pukeright: Why? The money that has been spent on that would probably get him a tasty M3. Don't see the point of it TBH.
  3. Never seen it done, which seems all the more reason to have a go. It'd be different from the usual, but can't help thinking they'd look a bit too skinny? Photoshop a set on and see what they look like...
  4. Welcome to the forum! Sounds like you're pleased with your new purchase! Get some pics up! :D
  5. Looks cool on the D90's mate, I've got a Passat Haynes Manual I had for my old C lying around if you want it? Covers the KR very well. £5 posted?
  6. I owned a 1.8 16v for a couple of years, now got the VR, I wouldn't swap back put it that way. Not driven or owned a G60 so can't really speak for them. They're certainly popular on here though. Test drive a few before you commit I'd say...
  7. I've flown a 2 seater Cessna a good few times now, and as good a car as the Corrado is, there is NO comparison on a journey/adrenalin ratio. No-brainer that one really mate! :D PPL? Must have cost you a fair packet?
  8. Bloody ell, i thought PhatVR6 had returned there for a minute?! You feelin OK Toad? :)

  11. Go on then Dom, how much? I am seated I thought they were about £40 per side. (for the outer seals at top of door/bottom of window)
  12. Have you got a gallery going mate? Love the Aqua Blue, looks amazing in the recent sunshine. Progress will be slow on mine I'm afraid, lots of other things have to come 1st, mortgage daughter, wife etc lol. Not planning on too much exterior, just a healthy drop and some choice rims. (BBS RX monoblocks or BBS RS splits) So far done the all red rears, Aero wipers front and back, and the german plates. (i.e the cheapest mods 1st lol)
  13. Hi mate, it might be worth a quick call to Martin at HIC (Herts Insurance Consultants), or you can find him in the Insurance Sub-Forum on here. He's a Corrado owner himself, a very helpful guy and I'm sure he'll be able to advise you the best route to take. HTH
  14. Oh man I nearly fell off the sofa on Sunday when he said this! I rewound it about 3 times on the Sky+ cos I just couldn't believe he'd said it! Quality! :D
  15. Terrible waste of life this. As already said, someone of clearly sufficient means has no reason to be driving uninsured, and with excessive alcohol level. Cant' imagine how the poor Mother must feel. I hope he rots.
  16. VR6, 25MPG round town, 35MPG siting at 70 on the Mway, loads better than I was expecting.... Good choice on the VR6, you won't regret it...
  17. tedman on here has just dropped his 40mm on TT Comps, I think he changed his to 205/40/17's. Might be worth searchin him up and droppin him a PM...
