  5. Could you please add me onto the list for the 3rd batch please many thanks for organizing this Alex
  6. hmmm think in view of that....i'd best withdraw my offer until the OP sorts this out.
  7. Payment just sent for a set of 70L straps, many thanks for taking the time & effort to organize this GB!
  8. Hi, could you please give me a price on both of these posted to North London cheers Alex EDIT: Opps sorry Rick just saw you've taken the lamba already, I only looked at the first page of this thread
  9. I will 100% take the instrument cluster so long as it's fully working (inc all read-outs on the MFA) Alex.
  10. Rams, yes Bobby did...but remember that was on a fully forged so 2 point drop in compression, and re-built engine! Whilst his first engine made very good power (just using a spacer gasket)...I seem to remember he said in his build thread that when it was stripped down (the first engine) they found he'd been running on 5.5 cylinders for a while!!! Bearing in mind he had better cooling of his boost at that time than you currently have also.
  11. Thought my ears were burning Bill ! ...Mr Lobitos I've replied to your pm cheers Alex
  12. Andi I have been getting this also... e.g. http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?81256-24v-VR6-Dark-Burgundy-Pearl-for-£2600-in-Edinburgh ---------- Post added at 7:11 AM ---------- Previous post was at 7:06 AM ---------- ditto...this one http://the-corrado.net/showthread.php?81233-Twilight-Violet-VR6-for-£2900-in-Carterton HTH Alex
  13. Rams it would not be wise to run at 16psi with your current Spacer gasket (1 point drop in compression)...you would really need Forged pistons which will drop compression by 2 points or a Spacer gasket that achieves the same.
  14. I'll take 1 set also please (VR6). cheers
  15. Kevin, I would suspect that yes the Race controller would possible reduce the lifespan of the Haldex kit....will be very interested to hear your opinion on the Performance or Blue controller when you fit it.
  16. Happy to have been of help bud ! You've taken your time and built it up properly and I think it shows at the end of the day...should be a shed load of fun when the good weather arrives. Look forward to seeing this 'beast' in person one day! Alex.
  17. Well done Rams, good solid result...really pleased it all came together for you!
  18. Hello mate, I think knowing you, you'll be very pleased with the Blue Controller Kev...especially as we're heading into 'April Showers' time of the year, you notice the difference in the dry but very much more so in the wet. I've not tried the HPA Competition controller but I am 100% certain that its just the Haldex Race controller re-badged / branded (plus a hefty HPA mark-up)...a few years ago I ran a GB on r32OC for both the 'Performance' & 'Race' controllers http://www.r32oc.com/topic/1438-haldex-performance-controller-gb-feeler/ At the time we could get them both for the same money (was a very fair price back then)...but to be fair the TT-Shop were really nervous about actually selling the 'Race' controllers, I think from memory the 2 guys who bought them in the GB were both heavily into Track days & Racing their R32's. Everyone else (including me) opted for the 'Performance' controller, tbh I've been very happy with mine! HTH
  19. How come you're selling (just out of interest)....last time we chatted I thought you were adamant about keeping these ? Alex.
  20. Kevin, i'm sure you know this already but i'd say that the 'Blue or Performance' Haldex controller is one of the best & simplest mods you can do to these, just makes the AWD system actually do some 'real' work...difference from the stock one was like night & day for me. Worth every penny IMHO. Good work with the new ride, keep the pics coming.
  21. Very nice new ride there Kev (same colour & options list as mine), you'll love it in the bad weather (very sure footed) ... Haldex is great!
  22. no i don't think that one has the sensor hole...ok thanks for checking anyway GLWS
