    Me and my friends are all out at night driving as we manage a pub. Basically we all get harassed by the Police for no reason. Thus i can feel your pain mate. Just one of those things. Most of them are decent chaps, just probably bored out on the job at 1am.

    A rather late spotted this, but in Halifax on Leeds road what looked like a dark Blue late spec VR Rado let me through to go down my drive. No idea if they are on here but it was a lovely lovely car. :camp:

    With mine i use the bolts that my H&R adapters came with. I'm sure standard VW seat bolts would be ok, as thats what they look like to me. Best thing to do is ring Porsche. :lol:

    Got 195/40's on my full set of 8's. Defo the way to go.

    On my 16v I've got 8s all round. 195/40s on the lot of them. Adapters wise I'm using a 30mm set on the front and 35mm set on the back. Rears are dead in line with the arch but I've rolled them slightly so I can still be low. Hope that helps. :)

    My 9a revs to just over 7k and that's standard.... dunno where your rev limiter sits, but the rev counter on the 2L red-lines at 6,500 and with a standard 9A inlet cam it'll run out of puff well before then, whereas a 1.8 will pull cleanly to the 7,200 red-line/rev limiter. All I know is before mine hits the limiter it goes over 7k and it hasn't run out of puff either. Or at least doesnt feel like it has!
